Inspired to leave a review, they are that good! I decided to buy after seeing the other reviews, even though they seemed too good to be true. I am very happy to say they aren't. I suffer from recurrent UTIs, and after just one dose (of 3 tablets), had noticeably clearer urine and reduced discomfort. It's day 3 of using them and the results are continuing. The pills look large, but are soft and manageable to take, with no taste. I have no idea how it works, but it really does- I would never have believed it. If, like me, you thought this was snake oil, please do give it a try because you've nothing to lose and a lot to gain :) I'll report back after a bit of time!

I suffered recurrent UTI’s in my 40’s &50’s. Occasionally they progressed to my kidneys which made me really ill. Many courses of different antibiotics means that there are now only 2 which are effective for me. I am now in my late 60’s and unfortunately the problem is back. A few courses of antibiotics later, and I decided to do a bit of research. I found a scientific paper on the subject of recurrent UTI’s in which several treatments had been investigated. D-Mannose had proved a successful treatment in a number of cases, so I thought it worth a try. When I received these tablets I had just started with another infection, (I have urine testing strips to use whenever symptoms start). I took one at night and one in the morning. I was symptom free within 2 days. I have been symptom free for 3 months now so as far as I’m concerned they work and I will continue to take them. For me they have been an absolute godsend, and I would say that if you’re suffering from bladder infections you would do well to try these.

I haven't used this yet I worked on the reviews I have seen and from what I have seen everyone has said that it is a very good product. I would prefer to get a lot more tablets

These have been an absolute god send. I’m super skeptical about taking supplements and always have been but really wish I’d found these years ago - after years of UTI’s and discomfort in my bladder these have helped tremendously. Whilst they may not work for everyone, for me they’ve been a game changer. They are a good size which I find easy to swallow, good quality packaging and content, excellent value for money and have no taste that I am aware of.

Although the product says Vitamin, another long time user told me it is natural & forms an internal protection against bladder infection that doesn't respond to other means of cure. So far fine but haven't been taking long enough yet. Easy powder to mix ... like water, tasteless.

I take these every single night - amazing at keeping your urinary tract healthy. Highly recommend.

We do not live in a big city or even close by, really, but in the country side. I had ordered this D-Mannose on sunday Night and it arrived this morning, Wednesday! Just fabulous. PS as for the product, can not write anything about this already because havent used it yet. But I promise to come back here to let you know what I think about D-Mannose, something I only but discovered this weekend when I was doing research about UTI problems. Have now mentioned this to our local health store, they are looking into it and hopefully start stocking this. They have already Best Naturals on their shelves but never knew or ordered the D Mannose. I think a very critical and important supplement for us women(and men, ofcourse, we dont forget about you :) UPDATE 2 days later: It WORKS! magically and fabulous! and now have given the name of this product to our local Health store (they made a photo of it and are now researching) and several other stores. Stock it, people, stock it. For women and men not on Amazon in small towns in Australia, this product must be available in stores. And for us on Amazon, keep D-Mannose in your cupboard just-in-case! Further Update: Many, many months later:). Havent used the D-mannose since the first time because was not needed but a friend of mine this morning called me to say she was very unwell with a very bad case of UTI, very painful and all of that. I asked her where she was (at her home here in town) and brought her immediately my bottle (have one in my office drawer just in-case and also other things such as vitamins) to let her see what it was. Gave her 3 of the capsules (advised her to open the capsules and put the powder in water, stir, drink) , left 9 more with her and went to my office. I kid you not: two hours later received a call: my friend was SOO much better already, the pain was already settling! I told her to take 3 more capsules (in water, powder). I didnt hear from her till later in the afternoon. Very enthusiastically: the pain was completely gone and she could dance from happiness. She had done some you Tube and other researches in the meantime about D Mannose and now is the biggest fan of it in the world :) D Mannose truly, TRULY DOES work! My husband had a prostrate problem, the Dr wanted to give him some medicines for that but I gave him a couple of those wonder D Mannose pills instead and believe me please, prostrate problems gone. And that was 5 months ago now.

Do your research and find preventative doses that work for your body weight and risk of uti and this medication will be incredible for you. You also don’t have to take it continuously if you are worried about side effects (of which I have had none anyway). Haven’t had a uti in 5 months so far, when I was previously getting them once a month for almost an entire year.
