Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro 21.5 in. Heavy Duty Charcoal Drum Smoker and Grill with 366 sq. in. Cooking Area in Black

I was skeptical about this smoker. But it's easy to light, easy to adjust temperature. I was amazed at how it holds the temperature line within 3 to 5 degrees. The only thing I did was when I was putting it together I used high temp silicon to seal the to main pieces and seal the chimney and all bolt holes with the silicon..zero smoke leaks..(I'm a retired Executive Chef). I'm going to buy another one.

Best thing since sliced bread. I absolutely love it. Once you learn how to manage the heat it’s basically a set it and forget it operation. Well made and super user friendly. I would only suggest using a heat resistant sealant when putting together where the screws go as some have mentioned grease build up can cause leaks. We have not had any issues what so ever and highly recommended this smoker.

My husband loves these smokers. He bought the smaller one from Lowe's and ordered the larger on Amazon. Very good quality. Due to good seals, your able to control airflow very well. We actually bought more hooks b/c we found that we could hang much more than the 9 hooks provided. We took it to a cooking competition and won 1st place.

it came with very sharp edges and cut mu hand very bad so quality insurance not very good.

Unit was delivered by Amazon right on time and box was undamaged. During assembly discovered a damaged lid and nameplate- presumably due to components rubbing together in the manufactures' inner packing. This discovery occurs approximately 80-90% of the way through the assembly process. I completed and next day I contacted Oklahoma Joe's and the response was "This is cosmetic and not covered by the warranty". I was told to sand down the lid and repaint myself. Even in flat black, it will never match on a textured lid. Not the level of response I would expect from Oklahoma Joe's. I was really looking forward to the seasoning, first cook, etc. I am sure it will still cook great, but their refusal to stand behind the product over a piece of damaged metal that probably costs them $20-30 surprises me. I add/change grills every couple years and I will not consider them the next time I add to my arsenal based on their approach.

I have used a lot of different smokers over the years, and I believe you can't get a better one in this price range. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain 22" that I really like, but the Bronco Pro has taken its place and I'm selling the WSM.

Assembled and noticed the gasket on the lid was damaged. Sent Oaklahoma Joe's an email requesting a new seal. We'll see how it goes. In the process of doing the burn off and it holds temp very well. Seems to be a well built smoker.

This thing is a beast! I’ve cooked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken and a spatchcocked turkey on it with great results. You get a flavor cooking over live coals that just can’t be beat and it runs steady all day long with few minor adjustments. I’ve done six racks of ribs at once and five porks butts at the same time. Never had one issue with the Bronco.
