RM43 Swift FX or Nano Short Tube

Amazing, Wonderful, best cpap mask I've ever owned! I another type of nasal pillow but the headgear was maddening! It slipped and slid all night long...It interrupted my sleep more than my sleep apnea...I needed a new mask immediately but could not get a drs appointment within 3 months! If you order a whole setup, you need a prescription but you can order parts without one...so I ordered a Swift Fx medium headgear and a Swift FX medium nasal pillow and this connecting short tube to attach to my slum tube setup...it was perfect!...I already had the slim tubing I needed for the connection...I was worried that something wouldn't match but it works beautifully! The headgear stays on all night and I am sleeping great!

I do not know why it is called a frame when it is simply a tube. It is needed between the mask and long tube. It fits the smaller mask end on one end and the larger long tube end on the other. I'm using the ResMed S10 and Swift FX mask nasal pillow. I find the price here to be excellent if you can't get them or they are more expensive with your insurance or medical spending account.

So glad this item is available at Amazon. My supplier suddenly no longer had this necessary component for my cpap mask. The cost was less here too. This allows the tubing to connect to the nose pillow with a swivel that makes the mask so much more comfortable to use. It lasts at least the three months suggested for changeout by my pulmonologist.

I was disappointed when the item arrived. This is clearly not a direct replacement for the Swift FX. Most likely it is the one used by the Nano. As you can see from the picture it is much shorter than the original. The real one is 22" overall, while the replacement is about 15". Also, the diameter of the middle hose seems slighter smaller. The good news is the two fittings on the ends are pretty much the same so it will work. I have an auto adjusting CPAP machine so the slightly smaller diameter should not be a factor, but if you don't you might want to take this into consideration before purchase.

This is exactly what I needed, though a little pricy for just a short flexible tube. However, my last one developed a leak after two years and this is the perfect replacement. It doesn't come with the elbow that connects this short tube with the six-footer, but I didn't want that. The elbow just tends to flop around on the bed and get in my way. I wasn't able to remove it, so am pleased it is no longer in my world. Back to good sleep. Ahhhh

It's fine. It works.I'd like to know why a piece of tubing maybe a foot long would cost well over $30.00. I suppose it's the law of supply and demand. "We're the only ones who make it. You need it. We have it. Pay up." Outrageous. And I'll buy it again when the time comes. Of course I'll look for a seller who charges less. There were no such sellers when I bought this.

Fit excellent into hose system. Great price and quick delivery

plastic hose is breaking between coils after 12 months. I taped the 1st break then it just keeps breaking after the next coil wrap. Its like the plastic is disintegrating. At almost $70 this hose should last more than 1 yr.

The tube is good. But I paid for the mask and tube. I only received the tube. I have been unable to contact the supplier. Telephone number does not work.

Love it, will buy again.
