Ring Alarm Keypad (1st Generation)

The media could not be loaded.  Love this, really easy to install, I have fitted this upstairs, great value for money

Simple to add, took around a minute or so, I have ours next to the bed. Added 8mm blue sticky dots to make the keyboard more visible “ works for me “ 👍🏻

So far so good. Like the portability. Purchased second unit for use upstairs to set zones, without need to use phone app

You need the complete alarm system for it to work.

Update to system

Worked well for a couple of weeks then both keypads became unresponsive. Apparently it's a well known fault that Ring are obviously doing their best to ignore. Impossible to reset without a factory reset. Rings response is to not leaving them plugged in which is an awesome suggestion for a 24 hr alarm system!!! Utter rubbish

I really like this product but the speaker makes a strange sound when I press the number or it counts down.
