The barometric pressure is pretty accurate. However, don't depend on the area between 29.6 - 30.4 where it says" poor fishing".it never seems to get out of that area. I live on the water and have seen many fish caught when it says 'poor fishing"I haven't seen it in the good fishing area yet. Maybe it means 'great fishing" in those areas? I bumped it removing it from the wall and the needle moved.It reset itself in a few hours without adjustment. I check it with the local weather channel.

This is a great product if you have a place to put it. I have it mounted in the cabinin the boat. The barometer is very accurate at detecting how hard you will work at catching fish. I would highly recomend a Barometer ofsometype. Amazon is the best fishing outfitter.

My husband just loves it . And it shipped in a hurry , I wish it was mounted on a board , but that is my bad . It's fishing time !!!
