Provincetown: A History of Artists and Renegades in a Fishing Village (Brief History) Paperback – April 29, 2011

This is a great book for anyone interested in the history of Provincetown in the first half of the 20th century. For a small town, there was a lot going on-- the start of what became the oldest artists colony in the U.S., the birth of the Provincetown Players and the early days of Eugene O'Neill, bootlegging, and let's not forget the story behind the Pilgrim Monument. I highly recommend this interesting book.
