I just received these heel wedges today and immediately put them in my shoes. they were easy to install in my shoes and are comfortable to wear. And even just walking around in them for today I have noticed a huge improvement in my over-supination problem. Which really helps with my existing spinal arthritis! I have been looking for new shoes for months to correct my supination problem. Over-supination causes so many issues with my knees, ankles, and back. And based on how well they are working so far, even in my old shoes (new ones on order) I believe that this is going to be my major problem solver here! I currently am using them above the insoles of my old shoes. But I have read reviews that sing the praises of installation BELOW the insoles... Which I will do once I receive my new shoes in a week or so. Then I will update my review with photos and how it works under the insoles as well. I am using them in tennis shoes, but they could easily be installed in really any shoe honestly. So far, incredibly helpful for pain relief and overall alignment of my posture! This is a super easy fix for a really painful and constant problem.

These seemed to help my daughters flat feet. She said they are comfortable and are easy to slip inside shoes or sneakers

I have been using these for years now, and they work great! I have supination (my balance naturally puts more weight on the outside edge of my feet). I use these underneath a good arch support insole to shift my balance back towards the center of my foot where it should be. By themselves or on top of the arch support they are too squishy, creating stability issues, but if you use them like I do you will find great success. I also find that my shoes are lasting years longer, since the outer edge isn't wearing unnecessarily fast...so they really pay for themselves many times over.

These are great to help aide in reducing leg pain from walking on the outside of your foot. While I like these, they are not wide at all. They do fit nicely in the shoe BUT they only go half way across the heel in the back. I'd much rather have the insert a bit larger to support my supination problem.

I'm somewhat amazed at the number of reviews panning this device because it didn't provide a miraculous cure to whatever ails them. It an APPLIANCE for crying out loud! Any palliative effect it might have on your particular ailment is a conversation to be had with a Podiatrist. As far as medical appliances go, this one is fairly standard. It's well made silicone with good flexibility and cushion as opposed to the hard rubber variety. And it's fairly priced. What's not to like? Personally, I would prefer no sticky film, or a separate piece of double sided tape letting me decide how to install the adhesive. I typically use these under the footbed of my shoes with the tapered side facing down to bridge the seam between the midsole and upper. I used to buy these at a ski shop because they were impossible to find anywhere. Frankly, I give them 5 stars just for showing up!

They keep sliding

Comfortable. Worked for heels, however, the “Stickiness” works best in flat shoes. Definitely did the job of creating the adjusted support needed. Didn’t add too much height. Easy to figure out and use. Good quality. Durable. Definitely not a one time wear only.

I found this product helpful with my foot supination problem. I have high arches, which cause my body weight to be distributed onto the outer edges of my feet. This causes discomfort and pain throughout my legs and hips. Fortunately, when placed on the outer-bottom part of my heel, I can walk and stand for a longer period of time with little to no pain afterward. They are naturally adhesive on the bottom, and can be placed on either side of the heel, depending on your needs. For best results, place the wedge UNDERNEATH the insole of your shoes. They provide a slight, naturally cushioned lift. I would prefer a slightly higher lift, but this product certainly is helpful. Product can be removed from the shoe easily, and washed gently with soap and water while maintaining adhesive properties. However, I recommend purchasing a pair for each pair of frequently used shoes, for convenience. Overall a very helpful product, since most heel wedges sold at Walmart and drugstores cater to overpronation, which is the opposite problem as mine.

It’s easy to use and does not shift after wearing. Would have preferred if it was thicker.

These inserts work as described, very happy with them.

They do support your feet at an angle, however it's best to see a podiatrist, as I found after wearing them for 2 weeks part of my foot and knee hurt as a result. So in the end I needed something tailored to my feet, not off the shelf.

They are ok. Much smaller than I imagined, but I don’t think they are too small to use.
