I had my dad installed it and he had no issues with it! It was pretty easy to install and it's very straight and aligned and glides nicely! It comes with a lot of tools and pieces and it took him about half an hour to install! Definitely worth the purchase!

Sturdy and well made. We mounted it on the ceiling above our large sliding glass door. The instructions are not great. There were brackets included for mounting on the ceiling but these were not shown in the directions so it took a bit of guess work to figure it outAfter trying several curtain styles we found panels with a back tab worked the best

Update:The seller reached out to me a few days after my review posted and apologized. Their customer service is exceptional, so I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4. It’s so hard to find people and businesses today that want to do right by their customers. I am honestly so grateful they reached out. I do want to add that although the product I received was used, the track is made well - sturdy metal and not cheap. They also provide a saw thing (not sure what it’s called) to cut the pieces to your customization. The installation would have been extremely simple. Easy enough for me to do by myself - 5’7, 37 year old female. I love the look of drapes being flushed with the wall/ceiling and believe this product would have been exceptional. I will buy from this seller again.—————————-Pretty sure I received a used product, even though my money spent was for a brand new product. One of the pieces is halfway cut through and no instructions included in the box. Also, some of the little pieces were just thrown in the box. I have no idea what is for what or if I have everything because no instructions or anything to tell me how many I should. Frustrated.Was really looking forward to installing this and hate having to leave a negative review.

I am impressed with the track curtain rod. The instructions were clear and product was easy to assemble. The cutting was a bit difficult, but I made it through it. I found that putting a piece of masking tape over the cutting mark helped keep the saw from slipping on the metal.I installed with Scotch Mountain Extreme against the wall close to the ceiling as I was installing in a 3 season sun room / porch with metal walls.The length of the window install was difficult to accomplish alone.

The media could not be loaded. OMG!! Where has this been all my life?! I don’t have to climb over the couch anymore to wrestle with the dang curtains! We debated whether to splurge for the AI (Alexa-controlled) version or settle for the cheaper type. Totally worth the money! The video doesn’t do it justice. Pretty easy to put together—watch the videos a few times before you start, and make sure you have linear space to construct.We mounted it about an inch from the ceiling, against the wall above the window. The power pack(?) is pretty unobtrusive; you can arrange the curtains to hide it, for the most part.Buy this! You’ll be glad you did!

I LOVE THIS SYSTEM! I own a dance studio and we have this in all of our rooms wall mounted to cover the mirrors when needed! Super sturdy and easy to install. When I installed my last set I needed an extra piece of hardware and the company sent it to me free of charge!

Directions were unclear for the ceiling mount option. Happy with the outcome though! Very sturdy and pairs well with the curtains.

I purchased a couple different track systems to eyeball them before installing because of all the mixed reviews. This one immediately stood out because of how sleek it was. We did a ceiling mount to make the window appear larger and it looks so good! The track glides super smooth and the hooks were the perfect amount for 3 window panels, installed every other hook on the back to get the folded look. Highly recommend!
