Would this be a good candidate for a closed terrerium?

It would possibly survive if it were mounted possibly on a slab of wood , or if the growing medium was airy enough to prevent rot around the roots . I personally do not have any experience with orchids in terrariums, but you may want to do a YouTube search on the topic . Hope this helps :)

Can this plant be removed from the wood mount and potted?

I repotted mine in a small net pot. It’s still doing good, I ordered it around 1 year ago. No flowers yet just new leaves, it’s a small baby plant.
