The product works well which can be seen by doing a litmus test. Surely it lifts the pH level to around 9. If your drinking water is not alkaline then this pitcher is a good buy.

The media could not be loaded. Water is not transparent, some white particals are seen regularly after only use of 10 days, it seems quality of alkaline filter is not good rather it is very poor, and due to this I replaced earlier with this another one but same problem was observed in product. Willing to send back to vendor, it is totally waste of mony.
