It might work for others, but not for us
Our fryer was installed by a professional to prevent "the warranty" from being voided, but after purchase customer service doesn't seem to be existent for us. After less than a week and a half of use, it stopped keeping temp. The temperature fluctuates. It'll sometimes go as low as 290 F with nothing in the oil. We're seeing our options as to where to go from here.
