I have given it 5 stars because of value for money. I carefully researched competitors.It came almost fully charged including charger. Setting up was very easy. I was able to use the Google backup of my phone to set up the tablet completely with no effort. It would not have been difficult just to set up with apps from Google Play.The screen quality and resolution is very good and brighter than I need. My eyes are not as good and my 7 inch Amazon Fire gave me eye fatigue. Also the "bloatware", advertisements and the way the operating system prevented accessing Google products and downloading apps from Google Play was a major handicap against the low price. This tablet came clean of "bloatware"The camera lens is what you might expect at the price but surely you would use a good phone or camera rather than carry a 10 inch table for photos.Speed of the processor is better than others I have used. It was easy to insert my 64 gb sd card which only cost me £10. So now I have a good size tablet which great display, fast loading and am using it in preference to my laptops. Also great for movies. i can connect it to my PC and plan to back it up with a flash drive that way. Battery is 7 hours so check it before you go on a trip needing extensive use. It is good enough for me. Amazing they can produce that amount of technology for the money.* Addition after a long period of use. Make sure you protect the screen and use a case. Also take care with your usb cable - careless plugging in and use while plugged in can damage the usb onnector.

Well, I've had this tablet well over a year now and it still works like it's fresh out of the box.I bought this particular tablet for it's built in GPS chip, so I can use it for my global travels as a sat nav when driving abroad. It's also used as a normal tablet at other times.Although you can tell it's not quite as well built as the mainstream models, it still manages to hold up to normal wear and tear. Although I do look after my devices, don't get me wrong, I've dropped it a few times, but it still works fine.Despite me downloading various app's in runs very well and certainly never feels slow.The battery life is outstanding, and I haven't noticed and degradation over the time I've had it.Overall, great. I'd buy another without hesitation

Very good quality product at a good price. I had one before but broke it. It had a larger screen and was easier to use. I am a little disappointed that this one did not include a screen protector as my first one did. However I have no hesitation in recommending this unit. I mostly use it for YouTube and messaging. Photos always look good on the screen.

This is my first tablet so I really have nothing with which to compare.Nevertheless, I am very happy with my purchase. I bought this device mainly because my mobile phone is getting rather long in the tooth, meaning that I was unable to get on to certain websites, and I haven't got a few hundred pounds to buy a new one. This is a more than adequate replacement providing that I am able to blag a wi-fi signal.It feels reassuringly solid and weighty. Battery life is long and lasts maybe two or three days on standby, but it obviously comes down somewhat when in use. It fires up in about forty seconds from cold and from standby is pretty much instantaneous.It comes with 16GB of memory but 5GB of that is used up with system files and a further 3GB is used up with assorted other programmes such as Chrome, Play Store, Maps etc. It will support a 128GB micro SD card so expansion will not be a problem when it becomes necessary.All in all, a good buy.

It's pretty good for what I need it for, nice quality and seems fine so far 👌**edit**After a week it started really playing up and seemed to be faulty, couldn't really get it to do much after than have had to return :(

Very pleased with this 10 inch tablet. It came already charged and setting up was easy (I'm not very good with these things). A clear screen with good adjustment and light touch. The keyboard is good in both directions. Really good value for money and I would buy again. It has also been used by an adult who has never touched a digital device of any kind.

Whilst the tablet is OK it has a very annoying feature that changes the MAC address every time it restarts. So if like me you have MAC filtering enabled on your WIFI router then this tablet just will not connect to WIFI. This is very annoying and I wish I had not purchased this tablet as to make it connect I have to disable MAC filtering on my WIFI routers. I have other Tablets that do not cause this problem.I have been in touch with Dragon Manufacturers who confirm that WIFI MAC address will always change. I will probably return this as unsuitable

Bought this to replace an old ipad that we had. Loved the fact it was already charged so I could set it up. Set up was easy to do, the screen was clear and a nice size. You only had to use a gentle touch on the screen for easy access. Keyboard size was great and I could probably use it without my glasses. Even the mother in law could manage it. Nice and light to hold definitely not going back to an ipad.
