As a nurse. This had helped me a lot of ways.. clear auscultation, pretty decent like Littman. I have a Pittman but b I use this coz I already lost one , kinda similar quality but at least im not scared losing this

I am a registered nurse and I bought this product hoping to find nice value in a stethoscope for work. I was using a Littman Cardiology stethoscope prior to this. The sound quality is not as high as the Littman Cardiology stethoscope, but that was to be expected. The sound quality is pretty good however. It is definitely better than the cheap generic stethoscopes. I would say this is an adequate work stethoscope for $40. I keep the more expensive Littman in my work bag in case I ever find a situation where I do need to use it, but have been using this as my daily stethoscope without any problems so far.

Excellent stethoscope, my nephew has had some breathing problems and requires respiratory treatments. Me being a nurse. Bought both his mom and grandmother these. They work really well and are able hear his lung fields clearly. Face it the opens the hospitals send you home with are cheap and hard to use.

The past two stethoscopes that I have used have been Littmann. Between those two stethoscopes, the tubing was not as flexible in comparison to the MDF I received today, and I recently lost the diaphragm cover to my classic III which cost $20 to replace if you want Littmann pieces. Unfortunately, to replace the hardened tubing on both of my Littmann stethoscopes would essentially be the same if I were to purchase two new stethoscopes. I was surprised when I learned that MDF was the next best quality stethoscope out there and on top of that, underrated and underused in my opinion. My stethoscope arrived today and I marveled in the flexibility of the tubing and the adjustable head piece to properly fit my round head when using it. The diaphragm is turntable so it can be used as an adult or pediatric device. To my surprise, the stethoscope came spare parts (replacement diaphragm covers, two different sizes of ear pieces to accommodate ears, and the bell adjustments for different patients) and silicone covers that can be sanitized between patients without damaging the diaphragm cover. I definitely did not get any of this, aside from extra ear pieces, for my Littmann. I listened to my Bfs lung sounds and they were as clear as day. His heart sounds were clearer than with my classic III, and even with the hygienic cover, the sound is unchanged. I will probably purchase a second one because the price is spot on with the value of this wonderful product. I’d like one to have just for inpatient care as well as my NP rotations. At some point, I’ll have one for home use and another for work.

Good auscultation for a reasonable price.

This was perfect for nursing school. It was a great quality and was extremely comfortable to wear when working in the hospital.

Decent stethoscope for the price but not close to the quality of the original Hewlett Packard

Such a great deal!! Very excellent quality, lots of accessories, a warranty and three sets of the most comfortable silicone ear plugs!! Durable, good quality, tons of colors, I got the navy blue as I'm a student and can't be too wild and I don't know what color scrubs I'll be wearing in the future so I kept the color plain and professional. But they have really colorful bling ones! Love it!!

Leuke uitgebreide set, echter slecht hoorbaar in detail. Jammer want leek zo hoopvol. Nu toch maar terugvallen op de standaard merken die 6x zo duur zijn. Was te proberen…

循環器医です。心雑音、呼吸音ともによく聞き取れます。高級感はありませんが、非常に実用的で安価な聴診器だと思います。耐久性については不明ですが、元は取れそうな気がします。 追伸；2024年4月現在、購入して2年経ちましたが、特に壊れることもなく普通に使っており耐久性も十分だと思います。時間が経っても塗装のはげもなく渋い感じになってきました。お勧めです。

The product came with a slightly different tubing, not quite as shown in the picture. I remain unclear about the "Lifetime Warranty" and "Free Parts for Life Program".... effective selling phrases but there really isn't any clear mechanism in the package by which a customer can get parts in the future if needed. The quality of sound is better than the Littman at a fraction of the cost. In the end, my loyalty lies with the brand that delivers the most years of life for the cost of the instrument. The Littman company has started using cheap binaural spring that breaks after 1-2 years..... what a silly idea to include cheap chinese import. With this innovation they have lost me as a customer forever. Any company, that will manufacture longer lasting instruments deserves support..... Time will tell how long MDF Lasts.

Das Stethoskop kommt in einer robusten Verpackung. Es sind noch Ersatzteile mit dabei um es bei Babies usw. nutzen zu können. Ich habe die hellblaue bzw. Türkisblaue Version gekauft, dachte wäre mal was anderes. Durch die leicht durchsichtigen Schläuche sieht das Stethoskop erstmal etwas "billig" aus, wie kann sowas überhaupt funktionieren. Aber tatsächlich funktioniert alles einwandfrei! Man hört jedes einzelne Geräusch, leider auch Nebengeräusche, so dass man den Kopf ohne zittern sicher auf die zu abhörenden Körperstelle pressen muss (oder eben locker auflegen, je nachdem). Diese Nebengeräusche irritieren am Anfang etwas, ist aber sicherlich gewöhnungsbedürftig bzw. anwendungsspezifisch, wie bei jedem Stethoskop. Der Kopf lässt sich wie bei jedem Doppelkopf drehen, vielleicht sollten diejenigen die in den Bewertungen schreiben dass sie nichts hören mal darauf achten, genauso wie die Ausrichtung der Ohrbügel. Der Schlauch ist schön weich, so dass sich das Stethoskop leicht in die Kitteltasche verstauen lässt. Mit Littmann kann ich nicht vergleichen weil ich nie ein teueres Stethoskop besessen habe, warum auch. Ich brauche mein Stethoskop täglich und Herzgeräusche kann man hiermit (wie auch mit anderen günstigeren Stethoskope) sehr gut erkennen. Wie mit allem muss man sich mit seinen Apparaturen auseinandersetzen, sie schlichtweg benutzen! Ok, die ganz billigen Stethoskope die Schwestern auf den Stationen in der Regel zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen sind in der Tat Mist. Aber dieses hier kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen!
