It's exactly the product I was looking for. It will definitely alarm, loudly, when the door opens. Easily activated or deactivated.

These work well, but are SUPER sensitive and very loud, so be aware when setting up that you may have to choose a less sensitive setting or they may trigger more easily than you prefer. Once we found the right setting, it was a great option for my mother.

Used it on a 3 week vacation. Once hung on the doorknob, it screams loudly the instant you move the handle. Excellent defense for sleeping in a hotel room . Also tough, works even after being dropped on a hard floor.

Great for travel to hook to hotel or motel door. Leave it on top of luggage TSA can get weird about batteries at times

I bought two sets of two of these alarms. Three of the alarms work perfectly. The fourth alarm is way too sensitive. It goes off when I walk across the room, when a large truck travels down the road in front of our house, and even when a jet airplane flies over the house. Thus, there is a huge number of false alarms. Because I cannot trust that the alarm is accurate, I will replace it with something else. EDIT: After I posted this review, the company did reach out to me to try to correct the problem, so they do have good customer service.

I love this set of doorknob vibration alarms!! Their sensitivity to activate can be adjusted to your needs, as can the volume of the alarm. It can be adjusted to remain on its alarm sound continuously or turn off after 30 seconds. They’re absolutely marvelous! I will buy another set of two alarms, they’re so great!

Neither items works. We tried new batteries and still a no.
