New. Fit perfect. Incorrect Directions.
Product came as stated. The product was new and the install was simple. The instructions should have been specifically for my vehicle not one 10 years older and incorrect). Other than that. The product was as described and fit perfectly. Time will tell with quality. My old filter definetly needed a change.

Fair quality; excellent value for money
Bought it for my 2016 Chevy Cruze. It’s fair quality, easy-to-install; No tools required. The filter looks good, but I didn’t see the result after 6 months the change.
