Customer Service is Great at Teslong
I had an older Teslong camera that worked fine on Windows 7 but not on Windows 10. I called Teslong customer service and spoke to Julie and she said they don't have new software for my old camera and she sent this new camera that is compatible with 10. She way very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The new otoscope works fine but getting it to work with my computer was a chore. I wish that it would be more plug and play. Once I figured out haw to get it to work it was similar to my old camera but it does include some attachments to clean out the ear. Those attachments are hard to use on the end of the camera. The resolution of the camera is good as well. The new scope has the ability to plug into smartphones with the included adapter. It would have been nice to have bigger font in the instruction manual that is included. All in all the new camera is an upgrade from the old one.
