Does the job.
It did the job! Took me an hour, but I do have lots of hair.... at the end it was soft and nicely tried. It's easy to use once you figure it out. Over all really pleased.

Defective Item and unable to carry out 12 month warranty
The media could not be loaded. The product stop working and when I have attempted to contact seller to claim on 12 month warranty I am.unable to get in contact.Amazon will not send out for a return or replace either.
