Great price and quality!
Sony likes to nickel and dime their users unfortunately. Well Wasabi is here to the rescue! These batteries fit perfectly and last longer the the Sony batteries! I have used other Wasabi batteries in the past and have always been just as satisfied! High quality batteries at a realistic price point. Great job Wasabi!

The only battery you need for your Sony camera.
The only battery you need for your Sony camera. I love these little guys. They are just about as good as the Sony product but much less costly. I would say you are getting about 90% of the use of the original at a steep discount. I own an A7ii and as anyone knows who also owns one of these full frame beauties they devour batteries at a fearful pace. You have to carry spares. Even at Amazon's discounted price getting spares from Sony will quickly eat into your budget. But getting a pair of Wasabi batteries will take a much smaller bite out of your wallet. Other substitutes are just not up to the standards of Wasabi, I have quite a few of the other bands in my collection, and can speak from that experience. They don't last as long as the Wasabi and when placed in Sony's proprietary battery grip they cause major headaches. (This goes the same for the Newer / Meike battery grip as well)Buy a few, buy a bunch, but buy these exclusively, they are the best bang for the buck batteries out there.

Great product!
I had previously purchased Wasabi batteries on a test basis for my GoPro camera. In that case, two batteries came with a AC/DC charger (I needed the DC charger in particular) and the price was right so I felt it was worth a try. Those batteries are every bit as good as the original GoPro batteries so I felt confident in buying more Wasabi batteries for a recently purchased Sony NEX-7. They are much cheaper than the Sony alternative and, again, work just as good, including with the charge-remaining indicator in the camera. The NEX-7 can go through batteries fast so these gave me the ability to go into the field well-stocked (I have five in total plus the original Sony). The AC/DC charger which I got with the purchase of two of these batteries (also from Amazon) works well and the batteries charge quickly from a 12-watt, 12-volt DC folding solar panel I bring into the field on long trips. I will not hesitate to buy Wasabi batteries whenever I need additional ones.

This battery does not charge to full and does not last long
Bought this battery as a backup for a trip but never used it. I charged it up today and it only went up to 75% . Thought something was wrong it just stopped charging. Used it on my camera and it drained so fast. Either I got a lemon or someone returned an old battery and switched it. Either way this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hace lo que tiene que hacer
funciona muy bien, no se traba en la camara ni da problemas para colocarla o quitarla, pero si pierde carga rápido aun no están en uso, como respaldo esta muy bien .

Decent battery for the price
For the price of $14.99 this is a decent battery. You could get a few of them to use as backups. My experience has shown that on a 100% charge it lasts just as long as the Sony battery when taking photos, I don’t shoot video so I cannot comment on that. The customer service is outstanding, they respond very quickly.

Excellent, low-cost battery for your NEX
I just purchased a NEX-7, and soon discovered that it drains the battery more quickly than my Nikon D-SLRs discharge theirs. I decided to buy a spare battery to keep in the camera case at all times. The cost of the Sony battery is steep, so I started looking for a reliable, lower-cost 3rd party battery that is a direct replacement. There are NEX-compatible batteries from several manufacturers, but the reviews for the Wasabi are quite positive, so I bought this one and switched it for the original battery right away to see how well it works. It's not draining any faster than the original, and seems to be working fine, though of course only time will tell how well it does over the long haul. At this point I have no reservation about recommending it to a NEX owner.

This battery is a fantastic replacement for the Sony NP-FW50
This battery is a fantastic replacement for the Sony NP-FW50.Took this to the aquarium (with lots of low light, auto-focus hunting) in my a6000 after forgetting to swap the official sony battery back in after charging. I was able to take 434 20MP fine JPEGs and about 10 minutes of 1080p24 (24mbps) video before it died. This is pretty great compared to the official Sony NP-FW50 numbers, which says I can get 360 shots out of an a6000!Only downside is that since these aren't "infolithium" batteries, the estimated battery % remaining is somewhat inaccurate and can jump around.
