Awesome wiggly studio monitor stands for wiggly air
I purchased the Soundrise PRO-9 stands in black, and they fit my black Yamaha HS5s like a glove! These ergonomic, durable, yet relatively lightweight stands are the perfect height for my standing desk such that the tweeters sit at ear level such that sound does not reflect off of my desktop. I will say that the stands tend to bounce up and down (wiggle) quite a bit during use, especially when making beats, but that is the point (also, my desktop typically sits at ~4' given that I am over 6' so this is bound to happen anyway)! This simple design effectively dampens most if not all desk vibrations due to output sound and pounding on a push pad controller, especially when paired with foam wedges, and the subtly textured finish prevents the monitors from sliding. I was attracted to these stands 1) because there are no mechanical or adjustable parts that could fail, and 2) they are manufactured in the US. I was initially somewhat worried that my monitors would not stay on the stands because they literally sit on top without any binding or fastening. Since the aluminum is relatively flexible, albeit its thickness, the first time I saw the stands bounce around, I was worried they would fly off! Still, the monitors are heavy enough to not bounce off, at least at the volumes I record and mix at and the intensity of my playing! There were many complaints about the price for a "chunk of metal," but I think it's worth it given the quality, cost of materials, manipulation, etc.; I bet you couldn't replicate something like this with materials from your local hardware store! Overall a great addition to my home studio; I am very satisfied with my purchase. I hope you will be, too! Rock on!

Expensive, But Exactly the Type of Speaker Riser I Needed for My Scenario
Considering you can get a pretty decent powered monitor speaker (single) for the price of this pair of stands, it would seem like the value for the money is not quite there. However, if you like thoughtfully-designed, attractive studio accessories, you'll be at least satisfied with this product. For my use-case, I wanted to raise my studio monitors high enough off my short-depth tabletop to let my XDJs rest on the table and the screen to still be visible... and accessible. Not all speaker risers are designed to allow this kind of function. I have my monitors on an angled rubber pad on top of these risers so they face my head when I stand at the decks. These stands look great, feel very solid and have a nice textured finish. They come with rubber stickers for the base to prevent sliding, and have cutouts to pass wires through if you want to place something inside the base under the speakers. This gives you back a lot of working space on your tabletop. I was hesitant to purchase these at first due to price, but for my scenario they are working great while looking great, so I'm a happy buyer.

Best WAF and overall look for living room credenza stands
The overall positioning of my speakers and sitting area are not optimal, due to having a low credenza where the speakers sit and large couch in front of it. Due to overall aesthetics, I'm not able to get proper speaker stands either, so it was actually a challenge to find good looking stands for living room use that are also tall enough to project the drivers over the back of the couch and into the listening area. I also tried the IsoAcoustics version, which achieves the same height but are far less attractive. The IsoAcoustics are maybe half an inch taller, plus they have the adjustable angle that these lack, but the look was unacceptable to my spouse. Due to the flex in these stands, it seems like they have the slightest downward angle, which is not what I was seeking (slight upward would be better), but it's not enough to complain about. They are supporting a pair of powered monitors that weight approximately 30 pounds each and they do have a slight bounce in them, but only if you push them. Otherwise, they feel very solid in terms of not tipping over side to side. They are quite pricey, so I can't rate them very highly on value for money, but they also feel like a high quality product and made in USA. I'm not even bothering to test them with and without the stands, because my listening position changes too much due to the couch interfering with the sound. They obviously sound way better when elevated to ear level, but I can't speak much about whether specific sound characteristics are improved. It's just not why I purchased them.

Overall Quality Product
These PRO-9 speaker stands have for sure helped out my at home studio. Fist off they lifted my monitors off my desk getting rid of all that unwanted resonance, and brought the tweeters of the monitors to ear level. That gave me an overall better sound, which is the whole point. They also freed up a bunch of space on my desk, so now everything looks and feels a lot more organized. They look really cool, the build quality is solid, they are made in America, and if you buy these speaker stands you're supporting a small business and that's always awesome. Overall great product.

Excellent quality, confident in test over time
Great sturdy product. Feels very solid in the hands and am confident this material will last a long time and the rubber feet that it comes with is super useful. Perfect height on the table too, it lines up right with where my ears are. Just wish this was a little cheaper but quality costs money in some cases like these stands.

Created beautifully, though with a flaw.
These speaker stands are beautiful, though saying it supports speakers up to 25 pounds feels a bit of a lie. I've put my KEF Q150s on them (about 12 pounds each) and the stands slightly bend downwards making the speaker less ear level than they should. So I really couldn't realistically imagine these supporting up to 25 pounds without a significant slope downwards. Hard to say these are worth for the price they sell at, but if you have speakers that way less than 12 pounds they will work great to get your speakers ear level.

I was skeptical at first. I'd seen reviews and the style looked phenomenal however the price put me off straight away, more so the cost of shipping it Down Under. After watching a few more reviews and coming into some Christmas money I bit the bullet and purchased a set - so happy that I did. I have them paired with some Cambridge Audio SX-20s and the sound difference is perceptible, even to a casual audiophile like me. Plus, they allow you to reclaim so much space off your desk it's not funny. The inset photo show my current set up, eventually I'll move to one large monitor setup but even with one monitor in front of the speak the sound still comes through strong and clear being off the table. I could easily recommend these to a person looking to improve their audio setup - they are extremely well made and come with a cool note from the designer, Alex. I'm glad these came to Amazon for postage alone - if you have the money these are absolutely a worthy purchase and not one you are going to regret.

Definitely a little more than I expected to spend, but I love them. Perfect.

Clearer sound on my desktop and clearer desk space underneath. good quality. Stands aren't completely ridged and tilt slightly forward with a bit of a bounce so could be made with thicker steel, not expected but not really an issue either. overall very happy with them.
