A nice slightly smoked bacon, really tasty. I used it with a carbonara pasta and it was wonderful

Pancetta affumicata cruda (leggo qualche recensione che la pensava cotta ma è ben spiegato dal venditore che si tratta di un bacon affumicato non cotto), l'abbiamo usata sia per colazione con le uova che per qualche ricetta di pasta ed è sempre ottima. Grasso e magro ben bilanciati, una delle pancette affumicate più di qualità che ho assaggiato negli ultimi tempi. Arrivata con packaging perfetto, tutto molto fresco e nei tempi stabiliti. Consiglio!
