Does this peanut butter contain sustainable, non-rainforest-destroying palm oil?

I am not sure there is such a thing as non-rainforest-destroying palm oil. Nestles et al have destroyed the main river of Guatemala, cutting down natural palms to replace with those for palm oil, polluting the important river, the source of water for all things for the mayans, in the process.

Is there supposed to be a seal or something? I don't remember removing a seal when I opened the bottle the first time.

There is a plastic seal around the circumference of the lid that needs to be removed before you can unscrew the top to get to the peanut butter inside, but there is no inner cover over the actual product, only that outer seal around the lid.
