Very easy to use with simple clicking buttons and a large digital display. Displays aren't really needed on SAD lamps but its nice to have one. Also nice to have the blue light function as well. Only minor issue is the stand being a clip-on bit of plastic though it does it's job just about. Second table-top SAD lamp I have owned and this one is v good and is well priced. Recommend

Looks exactly as shown in the pictures. User friendly and the highest white and blue light settings are really bright. You also have the option for lower brightness levels if the highest level is too bright for you. Much better quality then I expected for the price. I've been using the product everyday for a week and feeling much better, since it's pretty dark where I am living. Would highly recommend.

Excellent purchase for the dark days of winter! It's easy to use, has a timer function, and at it's full brightness is incredibly bright. There's a white light and a blue light feature, both of which I use, and they really light up the entire room. My only complaint, and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is about the stand. It clips onto the side of the lamp toward the bottom, but I feel like it should be bigger/more substantial, as one accidental bump and it can slip off. Other than that, it's great and just as described.

Not only to set it up but also how to use it, time needed depends on the lux you use. You might need as little as 20-30 minutes a day.It's useful for people with sleep imbalance or if you find yourself with low mood during the winter/darker months. It simulates the sunlight that you're missing, and helps with the sleep/awake pattern.If you're experiencing more serious symptoms or if you suffered from depression you should seek medical advice.

I work nightshift so thought it would be good as in winter I don’t often see daylight!! Only gave 3 stars for warmth as it doesn’t actually give out heat!! But it is easy to use and even though have only used it a few times so far I do think it has had an affect on my tiredness, hopefully I will continue to be happy with it

I really like this light very powerful more than I was expecting for the price. I find the blue light better as you can keep it at arms length and work at a desk as the white light needs to be very near your face. I took it into work and now have to share it as everyone likes the light! Would recommend it, good value quickly delivered and although too early to say if I feel better I am convinced it’s helping .

I sent the first one back as it would not turn on. The second one takes a lot of attempts but once it comes on, it can be switched on and off with ease. This morning I counted 16 presses of the on switch before it turned on! Can't find anything in the instructions to indicate this is a feature. That said, once it is on, the rest is very easy to use. You can switch between white and blue, change the brightness etc. For the price it is good, just the on button when you first turn it on is a mystery.
