Very Cheaply Made
It arrived damaged (made of very thin metal) with one of the corners being bent. Returned the item, would not recommend.

LOUD!!
I feel like an idiot because I didn’t read the full description. This is a single phase 220 fan. It fits my application perfectly except for that. Not a huge deal but I had 120 there so now I have to run a new conduit over and bring 220 there. Oh well other than that it fits what I need perfectly.Finally hooked it up, turned it on and hot damn its loud!! Really loud. could be the application I used it for, to replace a dead fan from an ancient wall heater. but when I turn it on its so loud you can't even hold a conversation without nearly yelling. moves a lot of air though.

Very weak motor
The fan works OK, it moves air. BUT It doesn’t move air fast enough for an exhaust vent in a small basement shop. It comes with louvers that are supposed to open when the fan is running and close when turned off. This fan moves such a small amount of air it can’t open the louvers! I took them off and threw them away. Waist of money. (Crappy product)
