Are these good for workouts?

I really like them for workouts. They are thin but the crotch area is cotton and the panels are really breathable so they're comfortable and cool.

I’m not sure how to answer. I’m 38 in hips one pack I would probably say medium/large. But it depends on how tight you like your underwear. I can’t stand feeling restricted. I think the 6 fit me fine but I prefer sleeping in the size 7’s......I know I’m weird! But I sleep in a t-shirt & panties, I like everything to breathe without me freezing, lol
