How many Square inches ?

If my math is right it is 144sq inches or 4" x 4" x 4" x 12" x 12" x 12"

Will zip ties fit through the pre drilled holes?

It's a 1/4" hole. As long as your zip ties are 1/4" they'll fit.

Does it come with backing plate and sticker already installed?

It comes mounted to a thin plastic backing. It was too flimsy to mount to my golf cart so I mounted it to a 1/4" piece of plywood and then mounted it to the golf cart. Works great. Hope this helps.
