I recently purchased this pair of Ankle Braces, and I absolutely love them! They are a lightweight, very breathable, soft material. I am thrilled to have 2 braces per order, and especially at this great low price.Putting on, taking off and adjusting are very easy. My ankles are always swollen and painful when I first get up, I really like that I can adjust the braces easily if/when the swelling goes down. I have worn these with my tennis shoes, over my socks, and at home barefoot, both very comfortable and great support.**HELPFUL TIPS: A) I originally ordered Large going by my shoe size on the provided chart. My feet are long but narrow, so I had a gap of material on the bottom of my foot. I contacted the Seller and they explained to "measure the Circumference" of the foot as shown on size chart and assured me that the Medium would be a perfect fit. I exchanged braces and the Medium is absolutely perfect just like they said. B) I have had to wear braces and orthotics for my feet and ankles for 20+ years. When I saw the photos/videos in reviews, compared to Manufacturers Photos, the personal photos have the brace on incorrectly, and what looks like it might be too small? To me it does not look comfortable or supportive? I could be wrong. I know that there are no instructions in the box, but I requested instructions when corresponding with the Seller. I have included the photo.As you can see, my braces are on just as shown in photos. I believe I have maximum comfort and support. Will definitely order a 2nd pair since I use them on both feet.There is a size chart available in post, just Scroll to the last picture.I hope this helps. I have an ankle that tends to swell when I spend a lot of time on my feet--usually dancing Zumba at the gym or on hard surfaces. I put this ankle brace on before getting out of bed in the morning when my ankle is normal size. Then I go through my normal routine and even dance at the gym. This brace provides the support I need to get though the day without swelling. I keep it handy even on trips and it has saved me many times. The package does contain two Wraps for right and left feet.

I really like the fit of this brace around my ankle and the support that it gives my busted-up Achilles tendon but the bulk under my arch makes it uncomfortable to wear at times. I am going to look for a brace that starts the straps from the side of the foot versus under the foot for a better feel next time.

These are quick to put on. You can fit them in your shoe fairly easily. They wrap around both sides of the ankle and come up the ankle for support. I bought them to run in but they are slightly constricting, however I use them to hike in

Good support for the ankle, would like the wrap to support more of the rest of my foot. I would have returned it but will stick it out since we don't have a UPS store around here.

I wear a woman’s 7 1/2 shoe. The heel hole is so small. The crisscross creates a bunched area (see pic) that is uncomfortable is my sneaker. The top is too big.

Finally, extra long velcro wraps to add extra strong ankle grip. I never found ankle braces before with this added length!

You can choose how tight you want to wrap this brace around your ankle to prevent bone-on-bone rubbing. It provides support of the ankle when walking and reduces pain and discomfort. Have to wear it a few days to get use to.

I tore ligaments and broke my ankle long time ago. Now I am getting older my ankle starts to hurt when I walk. After using this brace for two weeks I can definitely say that it has helped a lot. I walk on rocks everyday wich really hurt my ankle. Since using the brace my ankle hasn't hurt again.

These are great...took me a bit to get them on but they will give me great support now that I have figured it out

I have been wearing the brace on one foot to give support and reduce swelling. I rolled my ankle last fall and if I’m standing too long it swells up. I have worn the brace a couple of hours everyday for the last 4 days and it has helped immensely! The swelling has almost disappeared and I don’t have so much pain at the end of the day that I’m limping.The quality is great so far, the Velcro sticks very well and when it doesn’t anymore I will use the second one. There are two in the package and can be worn on either foot. Great product for the price and relief.
