All I can say is Wow! This scratch post totally surpassed my expectations for the price..I was a little put off at first when I received it because I didn’t realize I had to assemble it..but it only took me about 5 minutes and the finished product is wonderful.. Most importantly my kitty loves it.. I have a smaller one downstairs and when he’s upstairs he tends to scratch up my carpet, This one was initially supposed to go upstairs, but I like it so much, I decided to keep it in my living room, and bring his old one to my bedroom.. it’s totally saving my carpet!He’s getting lots of use out of it, And it’s holding up really well, it’s sturdy and durable and super cute, Extreme value!

My cats are very tall/long boys, and it's hard to find a reasonably priced scratching post that's tall enough to accommodate them. This thing is great, they can get a real big stretch and scratch on it. It feels very sturdy; the components are held together with long, thick screws that were easy to install. The arm that holds the toy spins around when they play with it. My cats didn't like the toys that came with it (they're picky about their toys) but you can replace it easily. The string just unties and you can put whatever you want there. When I replaced the default toy with one of their catnip mice, they went crazy for it! They usually won't even play with toys unless I'm interacting with them, but they really seem to like how it spins around. I'm really pleased with this thing and would recommend it.One note: the bell on the toy isn't attached very well and could come off easily. If you have a cat who likes to eat small objects, either tie the bell on a little better or remove it. Not an issue for me since I replaced the toy.

This is a nice size. It’s inconspicuous if you want to but it in a room but not stand out. It was easy to assemble. I rubbed a little catnip on it and they’ve been using it since day one. Please be aware that this not weighted and has a small base. This makes it tip over easy so you’ll want to put something heavy on the base. Overall we like it.

The post is lovely and my cats love it.They both also love dangling toys. And Let me tell you that toy was on and then it was off. They aren't particularly rough with it - they have a cat tree with a dangling toy that they LOVE and it's never been pulled off. This toy didn't make it an hour. I got another one and tied it up there and it's holding on so far. Would have been nice if the toy was mounted in a way that lasted a bit longer.

I bought this for my 3 foster kittens, sadly 2 of the smaller ones passed away. In terms of sturdiness its perfectly fine for small kittens to climb on. I dont think it will hold a fully grown climbing on it tho. My 9 lb cat Camille does scratch on it while laying on the floor and it hasn't fallen once. The bottom stand is divided for smaller packaging I suppose and it comes with a metal thing to hold it. Even being divided its study enough for small kittens. It also comes with a spare toy which is great. This cat tree is great for kittens to climb on and ok for adult cats to scratch on. Definitely buying another one when my cats destroy this one 😅

This product is easy to assemble and my cat likes it. She plays with the attached toys occasionally and scratches it a decent amount.However, my cat is particularly long and the base of this post isn't incredibly wide. If she stretches up to scratch the top, it wobbles and puts her off a bit. If you have a long cat that likes to reach up and scratch, consider a scratching post with a larger base.

We were excited to get this smaller scratching post to supplement our others around the house. We ordered this one based on the height.As is nearly always the case, it was delivered quickly and was fine upon arrival. The posts go together easily and connects to the base without trouble. It's not the prettiest thing, but fine for what it is.Unfortunately, within a few minutes the toys were ripped off and the post was laying on its side. The cats (we have 3 under 1 year) were easily able to tip this over. The base is fairly small and if they stand off the base and scratch, it falls over.On the upside, it goes together quickly and would be perfect for a little kitten through about 6 months of age.

I waited a while to review this since I wanted to see how the girls liked it. Generally, they snub anything I really think they will enjoy. This they love! Go figure? They use the scratching post which is high enough to extend their bodies, but they love the extension with the toy. In the middle of the night I will here them playing with the it. It obviously keeps them amused and away from my furniture. A win-win. So when they actually destroy the scratching post, I'll will order another!

My 10 week loved this at first, but unfortunately it broke after just 1 week!It split just at the base, and I would understand if my kitten/cat was a large cat but he's only a kitten so it didn't take much to break it.Returned it.

Billy looked at this cat scratcher, sniffed it , played a bit then walked away, but he does use it first thing on a morning , good quality & price

This is made of cardboard covered in a thin rope - within less than a week my kitten had scratched the rope off the post and started to chew up the cardboard tube. I assembled it the other way up to get a bit more use for another week or two, but basically it's been a total waste of money and it not fit for purpose!!

Good product

It's super easy to put together, the cat uses it. Doesn't play with the toy though, although is a nice feature, especially for kittens.
