Love this stuff! In the summer my kiddo gets awful diaper rash (sweat+pee or poop+toddling is a recipe for some next level butt-chafing). Our poor red-bottomed boy was walking funny, screaming when we used a wipe, and cried in pain when we just rinsed his butt with cool water. Aquaphor was okay, but didn't provide relief. Boudreaux's Butt Paste seemed to make things worse. Desatin was okay but didn't work fast enough. A friend recommended this product, and I'm so glad we tried it. It seemed to provide instant relief to my son's chapped booty, and his rash started looking better after just a few diaper changes. Truly an MVP butt cream!

Best diaper cream out there. We’ve tried a couple of different creams but always end up coming back to this one! The application is smooth easy to apply it smell great also not a strong smell that’s over powering. Works like magic! If your baby has sensitive skin this by far is the best cream to use

A miracle worker. My grandson had a rash so bad my daughter took him to urgent care. They said it was a yeast infection. After 3 failed prescriptions I looked on here, read reviews and purchased this. It arrived the next day, super fast shipment! One night of using the cream, my grandson's rash or yeast infection was completely cleared up. I definitely recommended this product.

If your baby has a rash then this will help!I was trying to use the red boudreaux’s but it didn’t seem to be helping.My sister in law suggested this, bought it, and so glad I did.This is a saving grace for my daughter’s sensitive booty!

We had been using Aquaphor, but when my grandson had diarrhea from an illness, he cried and cried when we changed his diaper. I ordered this, and it healed his bottom much more quickly. Since then, if his bottom gets sore for some reason, he asks for the cream.

After changing diaper brands, wipe brands, and using different types of diaper creams to combat the diaper rash that kept appearing with our baby's sensitive skin, this cream was such a life saver! Whatever changes we made did not help with the diaper rash until we started using this and one other brand of cream (and cloth diapers during the day)--but I prefer this one any day due to the trusted, safe ingredients. It has a pleasant, natural smell that is not made from toxic fragrance and does a great job protecting baby's bum. I absolutely love and trust this brand.It's also safe for cloth diapers, which is a big plus!
