Does this come with a protective seal?

I have been using it on my baby for almost 2 years and never once has it come with a seal....I have bought it at the local health food store and from Amazon......

Is this product the same as weleda baby calendula body cream?

Lotion is thinner, cream is thicker in consistency, ingredients I believe are the same.
