It seems nearly impossible to find a list of ingredients.  why is that?  i checked the theodent website, but no luck.  suggestions?

Toothpastes with glycerine 'require 20 rinses to get it off' (Judd, Good Teeth, Birth to Death). Can't find list of exact ingredients. have searched all over internet, including theodent's own site. ingredients please?

Active Ingredients: theobromine, calcium acetate and sodium hydrogen phosphate. Inactive Ingredients: purified water, hydrated silica, sorbitol, xylitol, glycerin, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, xanthan gum, titanium dioxide, citric acid, and spearmint oil, sodium benzoate, stevia extract, sodium bicarbonate, and sugar-free vanilla extract.

I hope this helps. it was on the package the toothpaste tube comes in.

It's not *certified* gluten-free, but I checked and I am not seeing any ingredients that contain or even *could* contain gluten.

Is the tube recyclable or reusable? I'm looking for an effective toothpaste with a less wasteful container than conventional toothpaste.

No, I was told by a toms of Maine rep a few years ago that since they went away from metal toons that would crinkle as you sqeezed that none of the plastic ones are recyclable. This is a great toothpaste and better that toms. Using straight baking soda out of a cardboard box is probably the only way recyclable.
