This a Real Review
In AZ a fan can become necessary and, this is a good quality fan for the price and preforms as advertised. The settings are marked with noise levels increasing with higher fan levels, (DUH?!). I find it very sufficient for bedroom use and quiet. For size and price this is a great little fan.

Almost Perfect
I've had one of these at work for about eighteen months, and I absolutely love it there. Moves just enough air to keep me comfortable without blowing papers off my desk. I finally saw it on sale back in March and bought one for my bedside as I'm tired of cooling a seven room house with the AC just to be able to sleep in the one room I'm in. As a nighttime fan, I'm not quite as impressed as the baffle fins can't be adjusted, and it blows mostly straight out and slightly upwards, which I never noticed as my desk surface is well below my core, so the air goes right where it needs to. With my nightstand being above my head when I'm lying down, most of the stream blows uselessly above me. Not really the fan's fault, so I'm not knocking off a star, but I definitely noticed the difference quickly, and have to run it a setting higher which means slightly more noise. The other issue is the LEDs. Whoever designed a bedside fan (it has a "sleep" setting and shutoff timer, so I know they had that in mind) with intensely bright blue LEDs should be slapped. It was keeping me awake if I faced it. Thankfully, I'm handy with a screwdriver (a torx security bit set is needed, but cheaply acquired if you don't already have one like I did) and it wasn't difficult to disassemble enough to extract the board for a little modification. To start, I covered the LEDs with a thick layer of orange sharpie to cut down on the blue spectrum, but eventually, I'll probably desolder them all and replace with amber LEDs instead as the light indicators are now almost too dim to see in anything but complete darkness (not unexpected). Not sure how well that will work as the control panel also has blue-colored plastic windows, so I've no idea how much amber light will get through. Might try just one to start to see what happens first. I really wish this thing had amber LEDs to begin with to save a whole lot of trouble. If you decide to modify one for yourself, it would be a decent beginner project as it runs on low-voltage DC (its powered by a 12V 1A wall adapter) and everything is modular as far as the electrical parts. Just lay down a paper towel or something as they greased the crap out of the oscillation mechanism with an overly ample amount of petroleum jelly and if you're not somewhat careful, it might get messy. Everything that needs to be disassembled to get to the board is above that, so its not a major issue unless you drop a screw right into a grease blob like I did. Overall, it's worth the price. I bought the first for about twenty five bucks, and just picked up another for my home office because its on sale for twenty. Four and a half stars (for the LEDs), rounded up to five.

Turn your fan into an air purifier!
This is a really great design, and it's nicy and sturdy. It weighs next to nothing, but doesn't wobble or act like it's likely to fall over. I'm using it in my basement bedroom, sitting on the floor (I thought you might appreciate the photos with something more attractive than a painted concrete floor.) The reason it's on the floor is to push the damp air across the floor so that it doesn't settle. I fight mildew as well as camel crickets or sprickets, which love damp places. I'm combining this with a DIY Corsi-Rosenthal Box air purifier. What a difference! I've reduced the humidity from 60% + to as low as 40% when I had to turn off the larger fan to prevent it from getting too dry. The thing that irks me the most about fans is that they aren't designed to be cleaned, even the ones with so-called removable covers. You can still only remove the front facing of the fan, and it's really hard to clean behind the blades and the dust is still getting into the motor. We bought a couple of Germ Guardian air purifiers for other rooms of the house, and this double set-up I came up with is working 10x better. It's been months and there is no dust in the bedroom, whereas the rooms with the real air purifiers are just as dusty as they ever were. As you can see in the photo, I cut out a section of a piece of roll air filter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CRNMD4VV?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) to fit the intake area on the back of this fan. It's held in place by a piece of twist tie - the same one that came wrapped around the power cord. I cut the twist tie in two with a pair of pliers, bent it and wiggled it into place around a bar and fed it through a hole in the filter that I precut with scissors. Then I simply twisted the wire a couple of times and spread it apart to hold it in place.

Its ok for office use
It's a good personal fan, it definitely throws out cool air I just wish that the air had adjustment settings where you can have it on higher levels. Very quiet subtle Breeze not for very hot summer days without a AC

Tiny but mighty!
Amazing, tiny but mighty, fan! Perfect for a night stand! Quiet enough to act as a noise machine.

Fine fan with two drawbacks
This is a fine, even good fan. I have two major gripes with it. 1. Despite the depiction on the promotional photos, the air does not come from the full length of the grate, but only from a much smaller fan in the center. This is false advertising to me. It means the air is much more aimed than you would expect. If you use the rotation you can get a good spread (it actually rotates a full 180 degrees, which is great if you have it in the corner of the room and annoying if you have it closer to you) but it is still only coming from the center and the rest of the grate is just solid plastic (see photo). 2. Despite billing this as a good fan to use while sleeping, the control panel of this fan eschews your standard rotating dial or button option for BACKLIT BLUE LED PANELS that say the names of the speed options. One of them is literally called “sleep” so they assume you will be using this in a bedroom. Not sure if the Honeywell executives are aware of this but bedrooms are usually dark. The first night I used this fan, the light from the speed selection panel (which gets brighter the higher the speed, so god forbid it’s hot when you’re sleeping) was SO BRIGHT it lit up my whole room. As you can see in the photo, I have had to cover that whole panel with two layers of painter’s tape to make it manageable. The cord is also the skinny kind that plugs into the fan and the wall separately, rather than a cord integrated into the fan directly. That’s not a big deal but the skinny cord is easy to trip over. My beloved arctic wind short tower fan finally died on me after six years, so I purchased this one. It is fine, but it is clearly trying to be a sleek and pretty fan, rather than a simple one. I would still buy this fan again since it is a trusted brand and I believe it will last for a while, but I wanted to share those two limitations with other purchasers.

Great Product
This one does what it says. I use the sleep setting at night and I like it quite silent while sleeping and the sleep setting does not disturb at all. I sleep like a baby. I've tried the powercool as well during the day and works equally well. This should be a good buy for a table fan.
