Great product! I use it for fish and chicken, and fry them in olive oil!

I've used this mix for decades. It's perfect for cod, halibut, panfish and walleye. Just the right amount of spice, easy to use and easy to cook. I dredge the fillet(s) in a seasoned egg wash, dredge it through the Louisiana Fish Fry mix and bake it...comes out great every time.

You have more fish fry for less money than buying it in the small packs. I have been using this brand for years and have no complaints with it. I use it for fish and oysters.

I use this a lot, and that's why I buy it in bulk even though it's only one old woman here. I can easily bread anything - tofu, chicken, cauliflower - stick it in the toaster oven for a few minutes and I have breaded delicious food. I don't even use any other dip. I just put a few scoops of this in a tupperware, then roll the food in it, and then stick any leftover breading in the freezer for the next time.
