Seller is super nice in broken english... However, it cost me 12 dol to return this watch. It may not be the watch, could have been Speektalk wireless' network, but the watch calling was intermittent throughout the day, worked half the time. I live in a city with 100K people, and am in the middle of the 4G map for speed talk. I performed all the resets, as told by Speedtalk wireless, still no progress. I ordered a 35 dol watch, and that's what I got. Until I returned it and ended up paying 12 dol return shipping...... so I'm out a half day of frustrating troubleshooting and 12 bucks....... great experience........

Not worth buying at all. It does NOT include gps tracking like it advertises, it says it can hold 10 contacts, but you can’t even name the contacts, so they just have to stay numbered (what kid would remember who “contact no. 5” is?!) and the first two are labeled “mom” & “dad”...not everyone has a mom and a dad that they can call...and you apparently can’t change it. It also does not read a SIM card. I prepaid for a 6 month SIM card with the company they suggested (SpeedTalk) and it’s showing there’s no sim. Annoying. I will be returning and buying a better watch.

If I could give this product a ZERO, I would. $50 down the drain! The product didn’t work from day one! Since my kids got it for Christmas he through away the box, so I couldn’t return it. It doesn’t have a serial number so you can’t connect it to anything. The number of people who’ve downloaded the app so that you can track your kid is in the low hundreds which makes me think, who’s really watching my kid. Since it’s not linked to a brand name company you can neither confirm or deny the legitimacy of the company behind the product. It’s way too sketchy... I’ll pass!

I'm actually very disappointed with this watch. I've try to connect it multiple times with no success so I guess I wasted my money. The sim card gives some instructions to set up something that the watch doesn't have. The watch instructionsdoesnt help either... No one to ask. The watch is pretty but useless to communicate with my daughter which as the purpose of buying this

I spent half a day trying to get this watch to work like it should based on the advertisement. The QR code is not valid therefore we can't use the se tracker. There was a song already loaded on the watch. The watch ordered does not have a code/IDto use for the setracker app. I'm thinking that i received a returned watch. I will be returning and look for a better watch.

Cannot work on major provider like Verizon!!!

Not many features to this. A little disappointed.

Bought to with the suggested SIM Card and Never could get the SIM card to match up. Also, the product is cheaply made and difficult to use. Do not recommend this product.
