I bought this as a replacement for my Sky Q (with voice command) remote control which died an untimely death due to having been taken hostage by one of our cats! It's an exact replica, with voice command, and it came with two AAA Duracell batteries. The packaging was very secure, and it arrived exactly when expected. That's it....except to say that we now keep it away from the techno cat!!
