Total game changer for people of "a certain age"
Like most everyone I know, when COVID hit, we started to do home improvements. Never remembering that I am older than I feel, I bit off a huge project and decided to rip out our old grass, split the yard into 3 zones and promptly ordered 35 cubic yards of materials ( DG, soil, and mulch). It arrived in my driveway (definitely more than a "slight" incline) and I was gobsmacked! What had I done!?! My husband took one look at the enormous piles and told me I was on my own. I started looking at how I could get a small earth mover into my backyard (no luck), then I tried hiring boys that were sitting at home (1 day of watching them move slower than me was enough) and finally, late at night while surfing for ideas I came across this electric wheelbarrow. The price seemed high but hiring equipment or boys was not cheap either. With Prime and free shipping, it seems perfect. I ordered and it arrived. Easy to assemble. Clear and simple instructions. Charged right up and held a quality charge. With none stop work, I could get at least 6 hours out of it without recharging. That was generally about all I could do anyway. Thank God for my son, who took pity on me about 2/3 of the way into the job and helped me finish moving the 3 pallets of sod. I wanted to share this review because its a big purchase but has totally been a lifesaver for us. It is strong enough that going up our fairly steep driveway, it was powerful enough to pull me along when I was tired. I have told tons of friends about this wheelbarrow and they are all surprised that it even exists. Several have purchased and also very happy. Since the yard remodel, I have found lots of other reasons to use it- carrying firewood to my back door, moving the chicken feed for my chickens, bags of cement when I was replacing a rotted fence post. I even used it to carry my 100# dog to my car when it was sick and couldn't walk. With 1/4 acre yard, I'm surprised how much I use it and wonder what I did without it before. A few cons: - I wish the bucket was a little bigger but then with heavier loads I don't think I could move more... - It takes at least 4 hrs to charge fully Definitely one of the best yard equipment purchases I have ever made and wish I had done it sooner! -

Great value. Great help tool.
This was well worth the money I spent. I am able to move 10x as much in one day as I used to. Simple and easy to operate. Throttle is sensitive. You barely press and it barely goes. Smash it and you'll have to jog to keep up with it. Has forward and reverse with a toggle switch. Two wheels so no tipovers. Axle is near the middle so it's easy to lift and get going. It pulls a full load of damp earth or firewood or bags of concrete no problem. I have used it on ten hour days and the battery lasted all day. Charge it up overnight and leave it unplugged (charged up) when not in use. A second person is helpful during unboxing but assembly can be completed by one adult or teen. Ratchet and deep sockets plus a philips screw driver is about all you need. It is solid metal parts, they are not perfect like swedish furniture- you will need a little muscle at times during assembly. Just line it up and don't cross thread the bolts. Very sturdy after assembly. Wheelbarrow was packaged very well for transport. The box was big but I managed to scoot it inside and across the hall by myself. After it's put together, it can still fit thru any door in my house which is nice because all my electrical outlets (for charging) are inside. Mine had a problem with one of the cords but there's a sticker with their phone # just in case. A real human answered the phone and they stood behind their product (which is very refreshing these days). They understood what I needed and sent it right away. Don't wait until you are ready to use it. Order early and give it time to arrive. -Ken in North Carolina

Great moving wheelbarrow, handles awful
Great wheelbarrow. Use it in my horse barn. Easy to move out to the pile and I have a bad back and this doesn’t require me to lift heavy loads. HOWEVER, the handles a JUNK. After a short amount of time they have SNAPPED OFF!! I use it daily for two-three loads of manure with shavings. Its not heavy loads. Very disappointed for the price of the unit as my old wheelbarrow is 25 years old and still in good shape! Definitely sad I spent this amount of money for something to last such a short time.

The motor whirs but no power to the wheels.
Received and assembled the powered wheelbarrow today (March 30). After charging for three hours, turned it on...got the green light on power indicator. Pushed power lever...motor whirs but no power to the wheels. Tried to get tech support...eventually had to leave a voice message. Also left email message. So disappointed. Was looking forward to using it. Will update on progress..... Update: After leaving an email and voice message to the seller’s Customer Support line…. I chatted with Amazon customer service who recommended I take the battery out and see if contacts were good (I didn’t think that was a good idea). Amazon referred me to the seller’s help line, (which I had already called). The next day…no response from the seller’s …then the morning after that, I felt I may as well arrange a return. The morning I arranged the return, I got a voicemail from the seller that said possibly parts were not assembled or missing (“keys” for the wheel assembly). I didn’t see the “keys” in the parts bag. And, this is AFTER I DISASSEMBLED AND REPACKED the wheel barrow. Well, by this time, I was done…I didn’t want to proceed any further. To be fair, the seller did respond, if a day late for my comfort. Had I been more patient, perhaps there would be a different ending.
