I bought this duvet set when my husband and I finally decided to invest in a new mattress. We wanted some thing beautiful but cozy and durable because we have pets who sometimes sleep with us. I did some research and decided to go with linen when I stumbled across this duvet set. I got the beige color, so it’s not 100% linen, but it is a 55% linen 45% cotton blend. It has ties in every corner and on every side to hold the duvet in place and a button closure. I was very pleased with the color when it came in. The beige is true to color, not too yellow or too gray. After my duvet inserts came in I decided to put it together and try it out on the bed. I didn’t initially wash it because I wanted to see how it looked. And no surprise it looked great and it felt good! My husband has sensitive skin and certain fabric textures can cause him to break out if thy are too rough. So he laid under it for a little bit to feel it out. He said it was a little scratchy and he thought it might irritate his skin. I do not have sensitive skin and I tried it and it felt fine. Not super scratchy but it could be softer. I knew linen gets softer after its washed so I wasn’t worried about it. We decided that we were going to keep it and so it was washed. After it came out it was much softer, not drastically, but it was enough for my husband to feel the difference. Its very durable heavy material but not hot. The stitching looks nice and the buttons are a beautiful natural wood color. It honestly feels like we’re sleeping in a hotel every night! The pillow shams fit king-size pillows beautifully. The only negative thing would say is that it doesn’t cover the sides of the bed very much. it’s a little too short if you want it to come down and cover your mattress. I have a very deep mattress but even if I didn’t, it still wouldn’t cover the whole thing. Overall five out of five stars for everything else! I would definitely buy this again. I think it’s a great price for what you get especially since linen is very expensive.

I've been eyeing a linen duvet cover from an expensive store we can call PB. But I just didn't want to spend 200-300. I came across a full down duvet in Costco for around $99. I would call it a winter weight. We don't have cold winters here, but I wanted the extra full look. I first purchased the pure white DAPU duvet cover. It arrived quickly, perfect condition, had a zip closure and was very soft. The label also said "100% French Linen". I noticed other reviews saying the linen wasn't that soft, but to me, this was really nice and soft, so I was confused. Anyway, it looked great on my bed but I felt it was actually TOO white. I returned that and ordered the Off-white, which turned out to be more what I was looking for. The off-white cover has a button closure and is 50% cotton and 50% linen and definitely isn't as soft. We are not sleeping directly under the duvet, so this isn't a big deal to us. Other reviews say it gets softer with each wash, so we will see. I included a couple photos showing the color. The euro pillows on my bed are listed as "Sour Cream" as the color, and the folded coverlet also matches those. So you can see how the DAPU Off-white is slightly lighter/brighter than these. The king size pillow cover shown is also DAPU and appears even more white. Overall I'm super pleased with the overall look of things for a lot less than that other retailer!

I was ready to pay 3x’s the amount for a PB linen duvet. This duvet in white works just as great, along with saving some cash along the way. It will soften with time and washing!!! If you want your duvet to look fuller add another comforter inside. I just used this and put my PB comforter inside so I didn’t need to purchased an insert. However I must say my comforter is white also that I put inside the white duvet. Easy to wash. Hung to dry it also comes with two king linen shams (I didn’t use them yet)I wouldPurchase again.

I love the neutral color and how comfy the material is. Wish it was easier to clean because it never comes out as it did when I first put in on my bed. Still love it though!

I tried a couple different products, listed on Amazon etc. and was a bit skeptical about getting a good quality pure linen product. This one really takes the cake. It is amazing! The linen feels soft but still natural, so breathable, light and airy. It looks casual but chic, and my partner loves it too. He said it feels better and helps him sleep! (Which he has many sinus/allergy issues so this was great news to hear)The zipper has been a godsend. I was SICK of having to button and unbutton every time I washed my old duvet cover, as much as it was cute to have little wooden buttons.... the zipper is a game changer. I've had zero issues with it, no breakage, and there are little ties in the corners for securing your inside fluff if you're into that. We've had it for about 2 months and 4 washes (animals + allergies require it). I have found drying it on a delicate cycle and taking it out about halfway through doesn't shrink it at all and it dries so fast that it is super ideal for someone doing laundry a lot.Worth the $! Zipper is great! Fabric quality is NICE! I recommend.

I bought several duvet cover sets to find the right one that was well made, comfy and did not compete with the rug under the bed. This one definitely fit the bill! It is so comfortable and soft, yet durable. I washed it in dreft laundry detergent on delicate, dried it on low, and ironed it before using. It turned out perfect! It does get a little wrinkled in the morning, but I just use my hand to smooth them out, and you can't even see them. Definitely recommend!

I was skeptical initially because of the affordable price of these flax linen sheets; however, the quality is exceptional. They are soft and breathable. Highly recommend.

I love it. It’s the exact colour I wanted, not white, linen ivory, stunning. Yes it does “shed” a bit but I vacuum once a week anyhow. I washed it gentle cycle, low tumble dry and ironed on low heat for the wrinkles. It is a little wrinkly but I expected that and it’s so soft and lovely. It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Very happy. Much heavier and higher quality fabric than my previous (half the price) duvet cover on a prior Amazon order. I'm going to order another of this, for my spare bedroom. Heavy, high quality linen. 10/10.

Washed the cover when it arrived, ironed it (best to search how to do this as linen is hard to iron properly), and set it up on my bed. It did feel a bit scratchy but it was very comfortable. Flipped it over in about a week and could tell that the side I was sleeping on was smoother. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and find I sleep much better. If you get this, be ready for creased sheets and pillow cases, but as one person said, embrace the creases its just what they are... and enjoy the comfort.
