Alison Armstrong, the author, has been amazing for our relationship growth. The clear way she writes cuts through my preconceptions and defenses, helping me understand women. Especially my wife, who has needs and ways of fulfill them that seemed crazy to me. My wife felt the same when she learned about my needs, haha. Once we understood each other, it finally allowed us to give each other what we truly need, not just what I thought she needed from my man's perspective. Surprisingly, it requires much less energy, is more pleasant, and gives outstanding satisfaction to see how your actions positively impact the one you love so much. This book helped me respect and celebrate her femininity and her, my masculinity. Even at Tony Robbins' events, much of what he teaches about relationships comes from Alison's work, and he gives her credit for it. I highly recommend this book and any others by Alison Armstrong. Review: Amazing! - It’s an amazing, beautiful book. It changed my life and my relationship with my two boys. I had tried all kinds of therapies hoping to improve my relationship with them and with the men in my life. I didn’t even realize how much anger I was carrying toward men… but this book opened my eyes. Now I’m experiencing more love and compassion toward them —and even toward myself. Thank you Alison 🫶🏻

A good foundation to the Queen's Code
I read first the Queen's Code and I read in the reviews that I should read this one too. And they were right. Even though it's a little bit slower than the next one, it gave me the chance to understand everything better, by reading it and taking breaks. I cam say now that I feel like I understand women and men better now, and with Alison's book and listening to Adam Lane Smith on YouTube about the attachement styles people have, everything kinda clicked for me. I really recommend this book and The Queen's Code. They are the types of books I will always recommend for self improvement and relationships advice, along with Boundaries, Made to be a Help Meet, The love dare and 12 rules for life. I want now to have a paper copy so I can borrow it to friends. I will say though that you have to have a soften heart for you to understand this book and for itnto really work for you. And even if you don't hate men, it will really show you all the resentment and mistrust you might have towards men. The only negative thing I would say is that they should review the formating of the ebook, it had words hyphenated in random places. Also what makes this book speacial for me is that it's written as a novel, so you can really get to understand, and see things work out in characters lifes.

Transformative Information
I'm pretty sure this book could heal more relationships, raise more healthy men with healthy identities, and allow women to be women more than anything I have ever encountered in my 58 years of life. It is eye opening and if you are younger, in your 20's for example, it will save you many years of heart ache and confusion in your relationships if you knew this. What tops it, is what she offers online called the Queen's Code, an online book that is a continuation of this book. Simply brilliant, practical and useful information, easy to understand and written as a story instead of a self-help book. If you are not willing to be open to a new identity as a woman, then don't bother reading this. If you wonder what it would be like to live in harmony with any man, or learn how to raise your own son as a man, then read this and do the Queen's Code as well.

Good, but advise caution to victims of DV
I just finished Keys to the Kingdom and The Queens Code. Although I found Keys to the Kingdom helpful, I liked The Queens Code better. I would recommend these books for any woman who spends more time living in their masculine energy than in their feminine and is struggling to relate to men. They definitely helped me understand where my miscommunications have been and why, and have even helped me in explaining my thought processes to my husband and why we’re always seemingly unable to express our needs to one another. One thing I would caution against is that if you approach men from an over pleasing perspective, or are a victim of domestic violence, don’t read these books. I could see how the information in here could be misconstrued and you may find yourself blaming yourself for a bad man’s bad behavior. Keys to the Kingdom is broadly generalized and sometimes it’s hard to remember that while you’re reading it. Armstrong refers to men as ice cream flavors. All flavors are different, but she’s talking about ice cream in general, not specific flavors. I found that there was one part, in particular, where she talks about a man’s eyes wandering to other women and how it’s not their fault because women are beautiful. However, in my personal experience of having had a partner who was constantly cheating, if I had not been out of that relationship for a very long time, I might have assumed that she was saying I was overreacting and provoking the problem with my behavior. That thought led me to think that if you are being abused by a man that you may end up assuming that it’s your fault you are being abused and that the man is not to blame - which is NEVER true. Keys to the Kingdom talks about the stages of development of men. The Queens Code explains how men think and how to speak to them so that they actually hear you. Again, although knowing the stages of development is helpful, I got a lot more out of The Queens Code. It is not necessary to read both to understand what is happening in the Queens Code… which I highly recommend.
