I’m a fan of this fan (no pun intended) it’s quiet lovely and not your basic fan. The gems are in different layers so it gives a cascading appearance. They were a tad tedious to put together since there’s 27 big gems that need to be put together with 2 other pieces making it 81 different pieces but overall was worth it. The only “issue” is that on high speed some of the gems hit the light bulb and make a noise but maybe a smaller bulb would silence it. The blades also have 2 colors the gray and a light wood beige.

Love this fan! It’s beautiful. My handyman didn’t have any trouble hanging it. It is however a lot of work to assemble every string of crystals.I did receive one strand that was broke and cannot find how to contact the seller to receive a replacement.

This fan is so beautiful and quiet! It add so much beauty to my livingroom!

I bought this fan and was really excited about the chandelier look if it. The fan operates well. The remote control works well, although I wanted to be able to dim the lights, so I had to move the control of the fan to the wall switch and now it's stunning! The crystals are round vs diamond shaped, but the switched manufacturers and will be updating the photos on Amazon soon. When I had issues, the seller was very responsive and wanted my experience to be satisfactory, and I appreciate their communication!

The media could not be loaded.  If you are looking for a fandelier, this was the best one I picked after researching and reading other reviews. This one has a big wow factor due to its size. Some crystals were missing, I had to improvise. That is why I am knocking 1 star off. Not fun to discover missing parts.

Be careful buying this. I looked at the reviews and thought it would be great. But, I am not sure who would give this anything more than 1 star. This was pretty bad. It came with broken pieces that left shattered glass all over the box. The instruction manual was two pages folded together. One the first page it had a hardware list. The one half page of instruction had 7 steps written in 10 pt font, one useless picture, and they didn't even bother to hit the Enter after each step. It was one flipping paragraph. This thing comes in at least 100 pieces (not exaggerating), so some instruction would have been useful. They do offer a YouTube video, that only begs the question as to why the company didn't just put the thing together. I'll say, at $70-$120 this would be worth it. But they are asking premium prices for a trash product.I will give them credit for the outside packaging and shipping (although that was probably more Amazon than the product's company)
