Amazon advertised this cold laser pain therapy device as "safe for use on pets". I ordered the device and the manual that came with it mentioned nothing about the use of the device on a pet. Pity, I was just looking for some pain relief for my elderly dog. The seller has not responded to my concerns thus far.The seller responded to my complaint saying "it can be used on pets". That is a very unsatisfactory response because no wording is in the manual that came with the device detailing how to treat a pet with the device to back up the statement made by the seller.I find the advertisement on Amazon site saying "can use on pets" was misleading at best and warrants my complaint. I cannot take a chance on using the device on my elderly pet at all because of my concern for his safety.

My mother has plantar fasciitis.When she was suffering from this pain, I used it for her then her pain is gone immediatly.At first time both of us cannot believed this miracle results.But we found that the more we use it, the less it helps to reduce pain.So I really really recommend this products.There is no side effects and very effective to my parents and my dogs.

I received theabove unit, but so far have mot used it.The main reasons for not using it are:Generic unit without any identification. I don't know where was it made. By whom. Who stands behind the product. Who do I call if I need assistance. It is very strange and I don't think such a product can be marketed in such a way..I will appreciate reeiving a response. Thank you

Was skeptical at first and then it worked on my back pain. Amazing device. My Wife has tremendous back & neck pain and we have seen remarkable results as well!!!

You cannot use this on dark skin or black fur. Didn’t say that in the description. Got this for my cat and thought that I could use also, but neither of us could because of skin/fur tone.

I bought this laser therapy device in hopes of cutting back on pain medication. I have had fibromyalgia for years as well as being a very early premature baby, a life time of neck issues involving pain, stiffness and pressure. This device may seem like it is not doing anything because it does not make noise or vibrate, but through my research this light therapy goes deep into the tissues for relief. I have been able to drastically reduce my pain meds and am very happy with my purchase!

I received my device yesterday, I used for 3-4 times separately , each time 10 minutes , it is helpful, but after used it, I found there is a kind of smell which like some thing burned, today I found the smell is still existed around my bed . I did it there. I do not understand it something wrong with the device or it is when you use the device it is the style?!

Bought laser for pain from arthritis. It takes time to tell if its helping. Laser is bright & seems to work perfect. Arrived on time in perfect condition. It is easy to use.

The device did not anything on my knee. It just got a little bit warm on the highest setting. After using the device for 2 x daily for 8 days I wanted to return it. Easier said than done. For one week email where shared back and forth until finally I was allowed to return it. I did not get a return slip from the company. I have to send it back with a tracking number (cost me $20) and than I got an invoice over $18 for duty. So I paid $38 for nothing.

Fast delivery, very well packed. It is very easy to use.Decreased my daughter's back pain in a couple of days. I totally recommend it.
