Great cooktop
Easy to install. The simmering element had too high of a flame. Manufacturer has instructions on how to lower the flame, simple turn of a screw.

Nice Range, Cheapest Knobs-Cannot Replace Them
The range itself is nice. The left and right side areas are a tad bit narrow to put an average pot, you would have to use the middle. You can fit a small saute or frying pan on the sides without it making its way outside the burner area. If you tend to use small pots, it could work for you. The knobs are plastic looking and as if someone spray painted cheap plastic. They made the nice cooktop look like you purchased it from a super discount store. I don't know if its a one off or an update. You cannot see this in the images. However, its disturbing and you cannot detach the knobs to replace them. My husband checked thoroughly. Even he agreed the knobs were terrible and he is not picky. I contacted Amazon because it was non returnable. They arranged a carrier to pick it up and a refund.

Great gas counter cook top
This gas cook top has a 5 star rating with Lowes, HomeDepot, and ext. It’s easy to clean and you can purchase thru Amazon and buy the ext. warranty for a great price.

Bad experience

So far this has been a good cooktop
Getting this installed required enlarging our 30” existing opening in our countertop (sawing granite) - pretty normal course of action. Our plumber did the tricky gas hook up. We discovered a part was missing from the shipment. One of the ring and cap sets from one of the burners. Both Amazon and the manufacturer were very responsive and made this right within a few days. Adjusting to the differences in operating this cooktop compared to our ancient one has been discovering that this new one puts out more heat than the prior one - but, this is a good thing! The middle burner is for wok cooking and grilling. Nice to have. So far operational and we are “cooking like crazy“!
