MrHiGene Handheld Toilet Shower Bidet Spray Diaper Spray (Model C103) Stainless Steel Sprayer with Water Control

The things I like about the product are: 1) It installed easily. I was able to do it myself without using a lot of finger strength which I don't have. 2) It included a wall attachment that used suction. I did not have to drill any holes on the tiles. 3) The sprayer does not leak (so far anyway after a couple of weeks' use). I had a lot of trouble with another one from another manufacturer and finally had to return it. 4) The spray gun water control is easier to use for controlling the water flow and pressure. 5) You do not have to turn off the water control at the T connector end after each use. Support said "Water does not have to be turned on/off for each use. The hand spray does the work." My other bidet requires turning off the water after each use of the hand spray. Sometimes I forget to turn off that water control and I fear I will have a flood in the bathroom, specially if I am traveling a few days.In addition, I was impressed with the speed with which their support responded via email. I submitted a question late Saturday night and the next morning I had a response. All questions were answered, were informative and helpful.The only issue I have is related to the particular toilet installation I have. I would have wanted the option to put the T connector at the tank end rather than at the water supply valve (I may not be using the correct plumbing term) end. The water supply in my bathroom is quite low near the floor and is close enough to the wall so that I think there is a little strain on the flexible tube going to the toilet tank. That tube attaches to the T connector at the wall side and there is not enough room. The bent tube is touching the tile wall. I thought I'd throw this in as something to think about when considering the product and where it will be installed.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was high quality. I needed the adaptor to attach where the wall water line is and not up where the toilet tank is like what is common out there if you do the search. My tank is one peace therefore will not accomodate any attachement. It took me a long time to find this product. I loved the look so much that I had to buy another two. I installed all of them myself.

I was going to call a plumber and but after reading the instructions I realized it's very easy to install.It works great and i have not had any complaints so far.
