Works well but lid is very tight
Lightweight, easy to hold, looks nice and keeps a beverage hot for several hours. My only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to remove the lid once you put it on. I imagine that does make it leak-proof -- but not if it is SO tight that you can't use it!

Keeps your beverage hot for hours. Surprisingly lightweight!
When I received my hydrapeak coffee mug, the lid was broke. It was very easy to send back! They did not require packaging of any kind. One thing people should be aware of is AMAZON required immediate return. If I did not send it back the same day, they would charge me again for the mug.

Morning coffee on the go
One of my better purchases, keeps my iced coffee cold & hot coffee hot! Love the color, cleans well, glad I purchased a cup w/ handle for easy transport. Durable, perfect size!

Cute love the handle
Keeps my beverages hot for hours. Paint is starting to chip in the handle. Leak proof when closed. Good vacuum.

keeps coffee hot
I love this cup for my daily coffee- it keeps it hot and the handle is perfect size for holding. This is my second one and I plan to get another color later. Great price

TEST these before keeping- some work, some don't!
I ordered one of these cups in lilac, and loved it- well insulated and kept my tea warm, loved the shape, liked that the inside rim was smooth with no threads or lip. The lid sucks though- this is not a cup to buy if you want to use with lid. There is no way to take it apart to clean it.I liked it so much I ordered a second in the Cloud color (pale blue). This one was immediately different. I poured in boiling hot water to make tea, and noticed it was just as warm to the touch on the outside as a ceramic cup would be. It must not have been properly sealed, so no vacuum inside the walls? I can only assume as there's no way for me to check. The lilac cup was cool to the touch on the outside even when full of boiling water, except for the very rim. This probably accounts for the mixed reviews with some people saying it keeps their drink hot and others saying it doesn't. Test yours and return it if it doesn't insulate. These guys need to work on quality control!EDIT: These guys REALLY need to work on quality control. Just received my replacement of the second cup, and it also does not insulate. I re-tested my first cup to confirm the difference, and it remained cold to the touch on the outside with hot tea in it for the entire time I was drinking. The new cup is getting returned with NO reorder, as it is quite unreasonable to fail 2 of 3 times in successfully vacuum-insulating a steel cup.

Perfect size and effective for keeping coffee hot!
I absolutely love this cup! It fits in a (fairly shallow) cup holder because the handle starts high enough up. The color is beautiful and it has a nice rubber disk on the bottom. I will hand wash it, however, because I'm afraid the rubber disk might get loosened. No big deal at all. The stickers they put on it before shipping did stick for a few days before they eventually washed off.

Don't Waste Your Money!
I hate the 'lip' on the top, it's way to thick & not easy to drink from. The area you drink from, to the fat lip is to far away from each other & I find the liquid dribbling out each side & not into my mouth. It definitely doesn't keep my coffee hot, just barely warm, if at all. Likes others have said, it scratches easily & I got the cobalt blue color so you can definitely see the scratches & I've never abused it, only treated it with respect & gentle care. The actual mug is super thin & I don't see how it can be called 'double insulated!' Plus with the handle doesn't fit comfortably in my cup holder in my Jeep, but it does in my hand. I should have returned it right away, but thought I would get used to it....wrong, it's only got worse! Btw, as far as drinking from it, to prevent the dribbles down the side, I now use a straw that helps some, but I shouldn't have to do that & it doesn't help with the other problems. Save your money & buy another brand!

Keeps my tea hotter for longer than my Yeti tubbler.
The handle is thinner, be nice if it was thicker, and the package label had some sticky stuff that is very hard to removed

Nicest designed mug
The mug is nicer than it looks. Good weight and never gets hot in the outside. Also nice handle. Great purchase.

Very good sized mug!
Love the size, fits nicely under the Nespresso machines, Keurig and car holder. Stay warm but the lid is a little thick

good mug, maybe overpriced
This mug looks nice and holds a lot without looking clunky. It IS leakproof, but you need to make sure the lid is on securely AND the sip-cover is securely closed, which may APPEAR to be closed but isn't actually. It stays nice and cool on the outside with hot coffee inside for over 2 hours, but by 3 hours, it's only warm. Fits in the upper (wider) part of my car cupholder. I'm happy with it overall - I wanted a cup that holds a lot of coffee, had a handle, and looked nice. The cost of a YETI isn't much more than this, however they're uncomfortable to hold, and the handles are ugly, so this was a better fit for me.
