How many pounds of resistance for each band?

I am unsure of the pounds of resistance for each band...they are just marked light medium and hard....but all three are pretty difficult!

No, but if you decided to order a set of resistance bands or are considering then it's obvious you know what they are used for. If you need examples of certain exercises to focus on and to incorporate the band's into, then you-tube, Google and IG are great free sources to use to get tons of examples and information from!!👌 I ordered my first set of bands from a pretty big company that did send a exercise guide, but the exercises were standard exercises I already knew how to do(And the price was triple the amount of these).
