May need to circle back arounf after a longer usage period, but OMG, I am only on day six of using & the issue I started to taking this for is soooooo much more tolerable. I am having some signifant pain issues in my right (dominate) arm that are likely tied to neck issues, so have been going to acupunturist since I have had good luck with that previously, & may start PT soon as well. Long story short, acupuncture specialist recommended I look into Black Seed Oil. So I did some Googling/reading & decided why not. Seriously a significant improvement in just a few days. As suggested, I am taking two capsules - at dinner time since it said it's better to do w a meal. I will give it more time & come back with an update, but super encouraged in my almost one week with this product.

This product seems to work as others of the same. My only complaint is that the entire bottle of capsules is stuck together making them hard to separate!

I got these capsules about a month ago and wanted to take them for a while to see if they truly helped me with suppressing my late evening sugar cravings. It’s been a month and I can honestly say that I am noticing a change. I take a capsule in the morning then one in the afternoon. By the time dinner is done, I’m not really feeling a desire to seek out a snack. I just started noticing it over the past few days but I’m happy with getting these.

Great product for wellness. I did not get sick at all this school year while teaching because of these. The size is larger than a normal capsule, but I had no problem swallowing it. No awful taste or after taste. Great product.

Omega 6,s content is high and can fuel inflammation. Had high hopes for this and its benefits for lung function and respiratory issues which it did but you have to take a lot of Omega 3,s to balance out the EFA,s. Elimination of this supplement has improved pain and inflammation issues.

Struggling to have this consistently because of the after taste. But still hoping it’s a good product hence giving it 5 star!

Been using this product for almost 5month, I found it excellent beside the high dose within the cap the price is reasonable.
