Love the color and texture of this mascara. I only buy cruelty free so it's nice to be able to have some choices.

I'm no longer a make-up wearer, and this suited me well last night (1st time wearing it). It added to my boring lashes without a made-up look. And it's not tested on animals, so big win there. The wand is odd. I thought it did something fancy, but I ended up just using the fattest part, which worked perfectly well.This is really a nice look for someone not into heavy make-up yet wants a bit of pop.

This is what I saw when I opened the box and took my mascara out. Please send me a new one.

I like Burts Bee’s products for the natural ingredients. I was drawn to try this particular mascara for that reason. I was pretty disappointed when I opened it the first time and saw how clumpy this mascara was. I couldn’t tell if it was just old or if that’s the actual formula. I will finish the product but won’t be repurchasing. I will however try another type of mascara from Burts Bee’s, before I call it quits.

So my look is super minimal: I do brows, lips, highlight and lashes, and I am loving this for my look. It’s soft but still brings out my lashes. Aaaaand you get to smell some sweet honey while you apply it. Also, it never smears. I’m into that.

Love this mascara. Lasts all day..no flaking or smudging. Took me a bit to adjust to the different brush but now I love it. Finally found a cruelty free mascara for a great price. Will never consider any other brand again. This one is a keeper!

I have recently found out I have certain allergies and this is the only mascara I have found I can use, so because of that I gave it 2 stars. Color is nice, but not bold, and it smears just from light sweat, and doesn't last. I love mascara but most of the time I avoid using it.

Super easy to remove and creates a good amount of volume but I find that the mascara doesn’t lift as much by the end of the day. I have repurchased a few times already though as I don’t wear mascara every day

It does flake off if on too thick. So meant for thin coats only. I need more than that with my thin fine eyelashes.

I won’t complain much about the formula, but the wand which has a pointy flap on the side makes holding and turning the wand on your lashes very difficult.The brush is a figure 8 shape and thus incredibly impractical to apply to lashes. The brush bristles are dense and thus don’t grab on to any lashes. You might as well use a paintbrush.It left clumps, i had to go over the lashes +20 times and put 3 coats just to see results.I have pretty long lashes and I expected this mascara to add volume and even more length. Instead it created a mess.They clearly spent more time on the graphic and packaging design than the user friendly and practical design of it all.

I loved the price, loved that it’s natural but I don’t like how it started clumping after a couple of uses. I ended up throwing it in the garbage. I like the company but this one was a fail for me.

I had hoped this mascara would be better than the original Burt's Bees mascara. I found the original to be heavy, and lacking lash definition, so I had hoped this new one with the new brush style would separate lashes and add the length it advertised. I have tried using it several times since receiving it, and it smudges, clumps, and makes my lashes droop each time. It also doesn't make my lashes look longer, at all. I prefer the original style more than this one. For reference, I have been using natural mascara in my routine for almost 10 years, and have tried many different mascaras. I won't be purchasing this one again.
