These are perfect without the expensive metal outer shell that S’well markets alongside these containers. Are these plastic containers overpriced? Yes. Are they of good value for the money? I would say yes. You have a good thick plastic container with suction lid that doesn’t carry the flavor and smell of the food after you wash. I have not put them in the dishwasher, kind of scared to do that. But I do wash with hot water and they have held up for the time that I have had them. Would recommend and would purchase again. Don’t think the smaller one is worth the purchase. Just buy the larger size.

These are big and great for overnight oats. I love that they are plastic and easy to clean.

You have to be diligent about making sure the lid is correctly 'seated' in the cup. I freeze weekly meals in these. The first week's use was chili and I plop the frozen container (without the lid) into the microwave to fully defrost and warm the chili up. Chili outer layer frequently boils in this plastic container but they have not stained even a little in multiple uses this way. Clean up is easy and the lids seem to be tolerating the freezing temps well. Note that I don't put the lids in the microwave nor in the dishwasher as to not have the heat warp them.

Not very big so it works for portion size. No leakage so far. I will not be putting it in the dish washer.

The media could not be loaded.  They are super easy to clean. Not too big and not too small. Leak proof. I love them 😍

I like these containers, they hold enough food for my lunch. They are sturdy and keep my food fresh. Easy to clean and they do not take up space in the refrigerator.

I sometimes have that half can I use, or small portions that I want to keep. This us quick, small and cheap

I was so excited for this insulated bowl that come with nesting inserts, because I haven’t seen anything like this in the market yet. So I decided to get one to add to my collection of thermal jars, because how cool is it? When the order finally came (earlier than expected), the inner prep bowl is very disappointing. Because it’s PLASTIC and not glass. I didn’t know that there are Glass options, because the description says Nesting food bowls, clear. How am I going to put hot food in plastic? Material aside, the size is Super tiny. Only good for sauces and desserts. The prep bowls cost $33, and returning it (from Singapore) cost $20 on me. Not going to return it, but overall, my shopping experience with amazon is NOT good, and am very disappointed with S’well inner prep bowl. Highly not recommended. Wouldn’t have ordered it if I’ve read the reviews first.

I have the insulated bowl that comes with one of these containers, but having 5 of them is much more ideal for meal prepping. They keep my oatmeal fresh and leak proof. It would have been more worth the money if it's made out of glass, but the outer container is already quite heavy, that I think plastic is a more cleaver option.Swell is always living up to the quality.

Perfect size for overnight oats and the see through bowl just make look so appetizing. Oh…. The shape makes for easy spooning unlike hard to reach areas in a jar.

Using those for my kids lunches that are prepared en the weekend.
