Great for sprouts!
These are great beans for sprouting! Every bean sprouts. These beans made nice, healthy looking sprouts. I love having fresh sprouts! It had been a while since I had sprouted my own mung beans. I feel I got a value for the money. I definitely recommend these mung beans!

Tasty, But Have Not Been Able To Get Sprouted
Very good when cooked, but having a time trying to sprout. These Mung Beans are sweet in flavor and good when cooked up and added to a salad with quinoa etc. However, I have tried to sprout these beans twice and failed each time. I would say it is me, but I have sprouted mung beans before and not had a problem. I don't know if it is the bean or me, but some will sprout and others just get soft with a tiny sprout that doesn't grow. Since they do get soft and tasty, I still used them, but was hoping for sprouts to use in stir fry. Am going to try a third method I hope will help sprout these beans, otherwise will go back to a brand I know will sprout, but more expensive.

Quick and easy bean sprouts
If you're into nutrition and growing your own food then this is a great option. It only takes five days to grow a tablespoon of these sprouts in a mason jar or gallon size zip bag, no soil needed. I sprinkle them in salads, add them to sandwiches and omelets. Many grocery stores in my area don't sell bean sprouts anymore, but I love the earthy crunch. A little goes a long way. This is the only brand I've used, but I'm happy with the quality and since they sprouted very quickly, I'd say they are fresh. Through my research I learned that sprouts have more nutrition and health benefits than in their mature state. A little goes a long way so I'd say they are a good value for the money.

easy sprouting
I bought these beans to try srpouting. It's the cheapest sprouting bean I can find on Amazon, very easy to sprout. Taste good and all the bean look healthy. Sprouting rate approximate 98%.

Looks like almost complete sprouting.
This package comes in a resealable pouch and are easy to pour or scoop out the beans. The beans look like they almost all sprouted. The sprouts taste a little nutty with a hint of beans .I will try cooking some to see how they taste cooked.

Good consistency seeds. I used mine for sprouting and they worked great
I'm not familiar with using these for other uses. I like that they are rated organic and GMO, so I'll try that later as they are consistent in size, shape, and color. I assume they'll be great for that. I got mine for sprouting into seedlings. I used a two-quart jar with a small hole in the lid to sprout these. Method used: soak overnight, then drain and rinse. Continue to rinse once or twice a day until the seedlings reach the desired length. The first couple of attempts had small sprouts in under 24 hours after the initial water soak was drained. I haven't gotten an unsprouted seed so far. The sprouts were to my liking within 4-5 days but could be used sooner. I'd take what I wanted, rinse the rest, and let it sit another day or so. A light stir-fry has been my choice, fairly Mediterranean style, adding them to whatever else I was cooking up near the end and then lidding the pan for about a minute or so longer as they cook up fast. Mine were several inches long at that point. So easy, from sprouting to cooking, and much easier on the wallet than store-bought sprouts. Much less sodium too, especially if you don't add any. I use them up before the main root develops many secondary feelers, as the hair-thin feelers can turn brown fast in a jar with nothing to supply the roots with nutrients. These could be cooked up non-lidded to add a pleasant aroma to the house, which I may do with more company present. No mess and can be fulfilling to watch grow. Full five stars
