I purchased these Mexican clay jars not for drinking but to use for garden Ollas. They are perfectly made for that purpose. Each piece is obviously handmade and unique. They hold 12 to 16 ounces depending on the jars. These are rustic in every sense. Overall I like the product. The reason for four stars is they are not packed well and several were broken. The company is VERY responsive and accommodating. They sent me another box and many of these were also broken. So it’s not really a product issue as much as a packing issue. It’s a shame, really because there’s no reason for them to arrive broken if they took a little better care in boxing them. Based on the other reviews I guess it’s a crapshoot if you get unbroken jars.

I expected one or 2 to be broken when they arrived but more than half of my dozen were broken! The box did not even have fragile written on it. Very disappointing.

I received this clay cups and they are horrible out of the 8 I bought only 2 are good I received one that is a diffrent sizes the rest broken even one broken from the bottom but it’s like a hole in the middle of nowhere that couldn’t have been broken on the way to my home another one is cover in something black do not buy I have pictures to prove all of this !!!

Very disappointed with this product. The first order I only had 4 good cups out of 12, second order 6 out of 12.

I was a bit hesitant in purchasing but i still did and thankfully only 1 out of 12 were broken they were individually wrapped with bubble wrap. They’re not the same size and color and maybe only be good to use once but everything else they’re good. One thing that need to be changed is to write fragile on the box so the the box doesn’t get tossed around.

we received broken pottery, after the first two we pulled out were broken we just stopped. I didn't want to risk anyone getting cut. these were for a party an unfortunatly im scared they won't get here in time. they were packaged good not sure how they got so broken because they were literally in pieces.

The mugs came broken. The box did not even had a fragile sticker.

Half of them care in broken and the ones that were left were poorly made...cracked and had a hole in it.
