Works for US. See review for what we use most of these for.
First and foremost we use these for 3 very different food items to freeze.1) Our old fashion raw cranberry/orange relish. We love cranberry relish on chicken sandwiches and realized how well it freezes years ago. Started making double triple batches at holidays so we would have enough left over to freeze for the upcoming year. Especially good and refreshing into the summer months. Also just good as a relish with poultry even pork but mostly poultry.2) REAL heavy Cream. We buy it by the half gallon because hubby makes his own ice cream. Yes you can use frozen cream for ice cream but it can be grainy. So it turns out frozen cream still works great for what we refer to as custard pies. They are not custard as you may think of vanilla custard at large. The term custard in this case is a throw back to a french term for pies that you may add an egg/cream/milk/cheese base too. So a ruhbarb, blueberry etc. custard pie in our world means 2 large eggs usually mixed well into 1/4 cup of creme add some thickening besides the egg such as cornstarch or flour or even a wee bit of tapica flour. Then mix the sugar into this and blend well and pour over your fruit and bake with or without a top pastry layer. Usually works best with a topper but I never use that with my blueberry pie which I do add some lemon zest and juice too the mix too. Actually most of my creme pies even apple ones and rhubarb get a bit of the lemon treatment. And finally but not least it's great for some types of chease. Goat and blue cheese. We buy the large boxes of blue cheese like at Costco and then to insure freshness for our delcious chicken lettuce celery salads we divide the tubs into these containers and freeze it in half cup sizes. Half of that or quarter cup mixed into about 3-4 ounces of thick cultured sour creme with some coarse sea salt to taste makes a fantastic blue cheese salad dressing with no more needed except a few grinds of black pepper to taste when serving the salad in individual bowls. We never add the dressings ahead of the individual servings. That way if we have left over any kind of salad almost always can be saved for the next day as a snack or small divided salad with a main menu if you are not having a large salad for dinner. The left over dressing often is used up quickly as a dip for veggies or left over salad too. These are the major three items we freeze and store in these well little cups. Advantages are they are not round. And for our drawer freezer under the fridge it is great as you can stack three high and they stay together. I also on occasion will fill these small ones with snack nuts like smoked almonds to take camping with me and they stay fresh in my cooler or in my dometic freezer. But that's the extent so far of what we use them for and if these ideas might pic your imagination for your world and individual taste and cooking habits. ALways think outside the box and spread the joy of DIY approach to problem solving. Life is too good not to embrace the challenges and as always my cup is half full...if not all the way full. Stay safe and stay healthy everyone.

Single-serving ice cream solution
I purchased these to use for homemade ice cream. I like to be able to eat a single-serving, icy cold from the freezer. Plus, these are perfect for curing "just another bite" syndrome. They are sturdy, more like "proper" storage containers rather than the semi-disposable GladWare . (I love Gladware, but they don't stand up very well to the extreme temps with ice cream). These Rubbermaid containers are solid and thick. I don't imagine they'll wear out very easily. My only complaint--and this is more of a general warning to other users than an issue for me--is this: the lids are dang hard to get off. So on the one hand, this is a good thing. Those lids aren't coming off. At least not with the batch I got. You could put liquid in it and shake it all around, and that lid is staying on. But on the other hand, if you're purchasing these for someone with hand mobility or strength issues, I'd buy something else. The lids could just be too much for them. Plus, getting the lid off requires a fine balance between the force needed to remove the lid (a lot), the leverage needed (you really gotta pry the lid off) and some restraint (if you go at it full bore, you'll end up launching any loose contents all over the place). Some people might not be able to stick the landing. (Gold medals in this house so far, though.)

Small square Rubbermaid for little leftovers or other goodies!
This size holds a hard boiled egg PERFECTLY! That and it keeps the SMELL OUT of your fridge! A real bonus =) I also have a bunch of these in my freezer with bits of fresh chopped herbs, and a few with 2 pieces of homemade fudge in them. It seems that I have lots of needs for little storage containers in my kitchen. These really would be handy for packing a lunch for your kiddos or yourself too, they seem to be 100% leak proof, just make sure when you are sealing them that you DO get it closed TIGHTLY, you can easily not get all four corners down if you don't watch out, the thing is, it would be fine if it wasn't going to be tipped, but if you want to take it in a bag, purse, etc please double check that you have sealed it completely. These are nice and heavy grade and I HAVE used this product in the freezer and in the microwave oven and have had NO ISSUES whatsoever. Great quality. I would definitely suggest these to anyone!

Perfect Ice Blocks!
These are great little containers. I got sick of having ice rocks that tasted like the freezer after a few months. When my ice maker broke, I grabbed what I had and it was one of these containers and steed making solid ice blocks from them for my drinks. I works perfect! I bought a while pack of them and it's all the ice I need. I was even able to have it when I called in my trailer, I can distribute them all over in my small freezer and it takes forever to melt.

Tight fitting lids, square shape, small size—perfect for frozen cubes, desserts, and more. Love!
Like the Rubbermaid quality and space saving square design of these containers. The lids are tight fitting and they have a small tab to grab for opening the container. Small size is perfect. I use them to store frozen cubes of evaporated milk that I use for my coffee. The small size allows me to take out a smaller portion of the frozen cubes instead of having to take out the whole batch each time. I liked these so much, I bought a second batch for freezing individual-sized frozen desserts for my family. They can just grab a bite when they like. The first batch was poorly packaged—just stacked high and put into an unmarked, unlabelled plastic bag. It was from seller mmkdeals. I do not recommend buying from that seller. The second batch I received looked like a full retail product, blister wrapped in a cardboard sleeve bearing the Rubbermaid label. It was from seller TodaysDeals. I highly recommend this seller. Professional product and professional packaging.

A great choice for all uses!
These have worked so great for us! I mostly use them to make fruit or Applesauce Cups for our kiddos lunches. But we also use then for dips/sauces or any other "spare parts." We have never had any leaking issues, even after 6+ months of washing them in the dishwasher. Such a convenient for our family!
