It lasted 3 years! The bag is fine, the handle cracked.
Whelp, I was hoping for about 5 years. But, I got three. And half of that time, I was remote and not using it. So, I'll give it 2 years of productivity. It has lots of great compartments and held everything I needed. I usually carried two 15 in laptops, ( although my 17-inch fit fine) an external monitor, my purse, and gym clothes. I included water bottles and notebooks. I took it on a few domestic trips as a carry-on and treated it kindly. The protracted handle was always a concern from day one. I found it unstable...however, it worked for me beyond my expectation. The wheels have been and still are awesome. But, it doesn't matter anymore without the handle. Now, it's gone and only leaves a very uncomfortable and bulky backpack. I will donate it now, because I don't have the fortitude to carry such a beastly object around. The next question is, do I replace it with the same thing, or look for something else?

It lasted less than 3 months
So sad -- the bag seemed sturdy and well made, and we were excited to replace my son's cheaper (slightly smaller capacity) bag that had broken after a year and a half. It was good for the rest of the school year (March - May), but then 2 weeks into the new school year, and one of the wheels just broke off completely. He didn't use it once during summer, so basically the bag lasted less than 3 months! Now there are three wheels, and since the one that broke is closer to the handle side, no way of rolling the bag smoothly. What a bummer - for $130, this should have lasted at least one full school year.

Very good light weight four-wheeler/pack
I have just returned from 3 weeks in Greek islands. This bag/pack carried all my clothes and other "essentials." A single-shaft extension handle is a risk, but this one is solid, and I had no problem with it at all. The four 360-degree wheels are handy in airports and other crowded terminals. The cinching straps reduce stress on zippers. You would not want to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro with this on your back, but it was totally fine for getting from a landing up cobble-stone streets to a hotel; it packed well on a burro. If I were designing one from the ground, up, I would blow off the padded interior compartment; it is unnecessary and a bit cumbersome -- but, overall, I have no complaints.

Commuter backpack - works great
I've been using this AOKING 20/22″Water Resistant Rolling Wheeled Backpack Laptop Compartment Bag for commuting for about 6 months now. It's wonderful and I will never go back to slinging a backpack onto my shoulders. My commute involves two trains and some walking, and the wheels and handle are still holding up well. I saw other commenters mentioning how noisy this is. It's about the same noise as a wheeled suitcase. You can't sneak up on anyone, that's for sure. Excellent backpack though.

we will see
I like all of the features. I love the pop of color. It holds both of my Yeti cups. Large pocket is deep and can fit a lunch box. What's missing is a key holder, so I don't dig in the bottom of the deep pockets. The computer pocket is so big and loose. The handle is very flexible and shakey.
